We stayed twice here in the last month and both times were a pure pleasure. On our first stay traveling north, we were so surprised by how updated and new everything was and with rooms so well thought out. We had a small delay checking in with our card which turned out to be a problem the hotel was having with their card reader. After several tries with Kathy and then the manager Brent, it was completed which was really a non-issue and they were exceptionally friendly throughout. However, then Brent surprised us with some gift cards for Denny's as an apology which was really unbelievable customer service! (We gave a couple of these later on to a person in need at the Terrace Denny's.) It's after that we walked into one of the nicest and well appointed rooms we have stayed in ever. Therefore, upon our return trip, this was our go to place after a long day traveling and of course, we were not disappointed. The desk clerk on check-in was friendly and helpful as well (sorry did not get the name) and the same was true on check out who was "Summer2" - a cute chuckle from how they deal with two employees sharing the same name!! We cannot express enough how this was an amazing place for a great price! Thank you.

I like the location of the hotel when I’m traveling through the city. It’s quiet and out of the way so it seems like the parking is much safer then the downtown area. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and shops near by. The staff is always super friendly to me and very accommodating. It’s a very personable experience staying there and that’s a rare commodity these days. It’s a relief to know you’re welcome.
I am aware that this facility is frequented by many resource extraction workers and is often full so I’d recommend booking ahead. Some of the rooms are pretty run down because of this, but they are currently under renovations to remedy that. If you’re room smells of booze upon arrival, pull out the bottom drawer in the dresser, these workers like to stash beer under it. Last visit there was a case of both opened and unopened cans hidden there so the room was clean but still smelled strongly of booze. I did bring it to the front desk and alert them to this practice so hopefully they are checking themselves.

The decor is fresh and modern, right from the lobby to the rooms and anywhere in between. The staff I interacted with were all lovely too.
Only two minor suggestions: 1) The lighting in the single Queen room was very white and bright; a slightly warmer light in the bedside bulbs would be more comfortable to look at (they're not covered) and read with. 2) The room service menu wasn't very appealing for vegetarians or folks looking for something wholesome or cozy.

I have stayed here before, was very basic, but clean. We were given a newly upgraded room and it was very nice! Staff were very friendly at check in, and I booked early, and got a great rate.
We took snacks and bought salads for dinner, but no glassware in rooms. I understand they are eco friendly, but that is a must for any hotel basic. It was a very hot day, and the 2 paper ones were not sufficient for ice water, and a glass of wine. Guest services did deliver 2 glasses, but did say was not the norm.

I like the location of this hotel when driving long distances. The upgrades to the rooms look amazing but I was surprised that the bed didn’t seem new, the mattresses are still soft and lumpy but I still slept well. The staff are always friendly, professional, helpful and welcoming at this location, this trip was no exception.
My only complaint would be the overly soft and lumpy beds.

Upon checking in, I was greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful with directions. I got booked into one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nicely done. My room was clean. There is a pool, hot tub, small gym and a restaurant attached to the hotel (Denny’s)
I found the bed a bit on the stiff/hard side. Woke up with a sore back, had to use extra pillows to help with comfort.

We were upgraded to a king suite after telling the front desk staff that the hotel we were previously staying at was absolutely horrible. The room was newly renovated and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I definitely feel it was good value for the money. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and the shower hot and good pressure.
The room may have been directly over the pool below and we heard the kids having a great time. It stopped at a reasonable time.

Excellent customer service. We had our room upgraded to a newly remodeled room. King rooms were awesome! It was nice having walmart just across the street. The pool and hottub were very clean.
The restaurant Dennys was not as good as other Dennys. Food was overcooked and service was mediocre.

The room was clean and comfortable, for the most part. The pool and hot tub were open and enjoyable. There was a handy restaurant attached to the hotel.
All of the pillows in our room were very big and I could not get comfortable enough to sleep. At midnight, I finally went down to the front desk to ask for a smaller pillow and was told they didn't have any. I had to go out to my car and get a camping pillow and sleeping bag to out under it. The next morning as we checked out I mentioned this to the front desk person and she said that they actually did have flatter pillows.
