Amazing place - this was our last hotel for our trip and we wanted something a little more comfortable for us to sleep in. The reviews justify this place just right. Everything from the sheets to the cleanliness to the food and the staff was by far an amazing experience.

Aside from it being overall really clean I was about to use one of the clear glasses in front of the vanity while the vanity light was on and noticed that the cup was not clean. Looked like there was left over orange juice pulp or something similar.

Friendly staff, great food in restaurant and it was open until 10... didnt rush! Comfy, clean and quiet rooms. Beautiful view, lots of parking, Free pool table, coffee and cookies, welcome doggie cookie.

a little area with items to purchase (chocolate, chips, wine, single serve alcoholic and non alcoholic) would be nicer than the selection in vending machines... took me a bit to find water. Could have had some cold ones in fridge - free or not free.

The service was excellent. I arrived at midnight there was someone to check me in. I needed a knife to cut a watermelon they brought one to the room. I needed forks they brought it to the room again. I needed a microwave they brought it to the room. Then extended my stay at the same rate no problem. Then gave me late checkout to 12. Excellent staff. Couldn’t have been better 6 stars if I could’ve given it.

Balcony is shared.

Breakfast choices were outstanding, and much enjoyed. ALL staff were friendly and helpful taking special care to assist all their customers and other staff.

We were looking forward to dinner on the day of our arrival and the in room menu whetted our appetites. As it happens it was the first day for a new cook and the chef elected not to offer the full menu. We substituted from the menu that was served––it was good, just not what we had been anticipating.

The room was comfortable and sufficient for my partner and I. The staff were helpful and it was a smooth process to check in and check out. The hotel is slightly out of town. We didn't realise this when we were booking however it didn't matter to us as we were able to easily drive into town to check it out (and managed to see two Black Bears in the process!)

The service in the restaurant for breakfast was a bit slow, however it was likely due to only having two staff on. We understand there are staffing shortages at the moment but it did take awhile for our food to come out. There were only two pillows available so if you usually sleep with more, a special request would need to be made.

- food in the restaurant was very good and dining outside provides exceptional views - waiter Aaron was especially dedicated to his job, well done! - Staff was friendly and helpful - big parking lot - downtown Revelstoke is about 5min by car - nice bathroom - great value

- Our room (305) had this roof part which made it hard to stand up straight in one corner. You had to watch out to not bang your head on it. This room should be reorganized. - fridge stand was a bit wobbly - The hotel in general seemed as if it was a bit worn down. Everything was clean, though. - indoor hot tub was out of order

After an 11 day trip through Canada and the US, this stop was our favorite of all. I am so glad we booked this hotel after a slight change in plans. The hotel is so beautiful inside. Loved the view from the hot tub and room. Loved that the room had a vanity mirror/chair, that was super handy. But on top of everything, the food and drinks that this hotel serve are AMAZING. We were here on Father's Day, and it really was a treat. Aaron, our server and cocktail artist, was the absolute best. I would make the trip back to Revelstoke just to dine here again. We had dinner and breakfast here, and both were delicious, and the staff were awesome. I see many special mountain trips ending up here again in the future.

Don't go changing anything

My husband and I loved the idea of staying in a Lodge environment ( decor of room and mountain view ), just a small turn off highway#1. We didn't have to go into town as everything was on site! Great outdoor patio with very reasonably priced menu, both the appetizers prepared on site and beer from the local brewery down the road. Great experience after a long day of driving from the Coast! Thanks!

The only item that could be improved on was the fruit served with yogurt. I know it's June and nothing is ripe in the area at this time but even a banana would be better than under ripe melons...I think that this was notable because everything else was wonderfully prepared by an excellent chef!

The view from deck, comfort of common area, loft, decor was simple, historic photos and not tacky. I loved having hard floors because carpet can trap all sorts of dust and dirt.

The incessant music on the timer. To me, it is clutter in the background and everyone has different styles of music that they like, so some will like it and others will not. I prefer no music at all. I asked for it to be turned off, especially outside when sitting on the deck looking at the view and listening to the sounds of birds and the wind in the trees, but the staff said it was not possible. It would be great if more people commented on this to make this change happen. Why must I be subjected to music around the clock, even outside?

I love the location of this hotel and overall the facilities are quite nice. The rooms are spacious and I like that there are a lot of windows/natural light.

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected, and it would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room. Also the bed was not super comfortable.
