A really nice hotel. Great entrance area. Restaurant for breakfast and supper was great, good choice of food and service very good. Room was really nice, with a balcony overlooking the main terrace and great views of the mountains behind. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Some building work going on which was a little noisy from 10am and sadly meant that the various leisure facilities - pool etc were out of action. Would like to have stayed longer but only if no building work going on. I would ask hotels to advise that they have work happening. Three of the places we stayed in during our 2 week holiday had building work ongoing, none advised in advance of the booking, we only found out when we arrived.

Location was wonderful, up on hillside with beautiful view! Amenities at hotel were great. The restaurant and staff was so good too... gorgeous view, good service and great food, and resonable prices!

We had called the front desk and said we would be checking out an hour late, as we had slept in , hadn't got to hotel until 7:30 pm night before. The front desk were absolutely fine with it. It was housekeeping that kept knocking on our door ( twice between 11:00 am - noon asking if we were checking out that was annoying. Just an fyi...

Dog friendly—very friendly! They had a welcoming bag for our pup, and she was able to join us at certain outside tables when we had dinner in their lovely restaurant. Away from downtown nestled in the woods with a spectacular view of the mountains. Staff engaged with us in a genuine way. Love the toiletries—even better that they were in a dispenser not those wasteful plastic bottles.

Though they had the Stanley Cup final on the tv in the restaurant, the Oilers didn’t win.

We loved the location, the amenities, the spa was amazing and the restaurant's breakfast was fabulous. We also had amazing massages right off the hill. We absolutely will be back. The woman leading the front desk was also incredible.

Our bed unfortunately was definitely an older mattress in desperate need of replacement. It was sunken in and rather uncomfortable. My wife found the pillows to be a bit too high, but that's common for her as she's very petite. But all of this couldn't prevent us from coming back!

I really like this property. It's my third stay, and they have all been excellent. The beds and pillows are amazing, and the view is great! The gym and hot tub are quite small but they do the trick. Great place to relax before continuing your trip.

The restaurant's food and the hot tub and gym sizes could be improved. The price at the restaurant is quite high for the quality of the food. The beer is top-notch, but the starters are super basic and quite expensive.

The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. On a map it looks close to the highway and railway but I did not hear a single thing in my room. It is extremely conveniently located to get into town and to the ski resort. What truly separates this hotel is how nice the staff are. I will definitely be staying here everytime I visit Revelstoke.

It is very dog friendly. Our dogs were welcomed with treats and the double doors going into our room helped keep the noise down. The dogs were allowed on the patio so we got to have nice meals without worrying about our dogs.

Not much. There were a couple of minor problems but they were dealt with.

Great room in a beautiful location. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good for working in the evening and streaming shows. Great to have a bar and restaurant on site with good food

Thought the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced at $20 with discount. The staff were awesome but the food wasn't a huge step up on the standard free continental breakfast at most hotels.

Our stay was excellent, great location (quiet), food was excellent, room was very nice comfortable and great view. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Mathew, who waited on us for breakfast and gave us some great ideas on what to see along the route we were taking. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all my friends and anyone else. Class Act!!

Amazing place - this was our last hotel for our trip and we wanted something a little more comfortable for us to sleep in. The reviews justify this place just right. Everything from the sheets to the cleanliness to the food and the staff was by far an amazing experience.

Aside from it being overall really clean I was about to use one of the clear glasses in front of the vanity while the vanity light was on and noticed that the cup was not clean. Looked like there was left over orange juice pulp or something similar.
