Room was amazing! So much room and full kitchen and huge deck with dining table and chairs and view of the mountains. Staff was super nice. Got screwed over by another hotel chain (Best Western), and luckily the Sutton had one room left. Darcy at the front desk was great. Pool was nice too.

There was a bit of confusion when we checked in, and they said our room wasn't ready and it was like 8 at night , so we waited for about 30 minutes then they realized there was a room it was just wrong in their system. There was also a power outage in the morning was supposed to be from 6 to 7 but power didn't come on until 9:30, but wasn't in their control was construction across the road. If was a bit pricey for sure but we would still stay here again.

The location is great! The food to fantastic and if you’re travelling with a dog, the patios are dog friendly and the staff are very accommodating. The fee for a dog is only $20 which is super reasonable. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Shower pressure and bathroom amenities are all great. Love this place.

This list is going to be relatively short. :) There was a good drip coffee maker in the room which is nice but no coffee to brew. Given the resort is on the ski hill, it would be nice to either have the first pot on them or an email ahead of time with suggested things to bring. Baguette is an option for coffee. It’s awesome, a Revelstoke must see and also at the resort but not as good as the one in town. We used the pullout couch which was great (for a pull out) but underneath the couch needed a vacuum. Desperately. There were chips and other food items under the couch.

The room was exceptional, well appointed, clean, quiet, and had a spectacular view. It was literally 50 feet away from the entrance to the rail coasters, which was our main reason for heading to Revelstoke. In winter, it is the most convenient place to stay if you want to ski, being steps away from the chairlift gondolas.

Having a small convenience store in the area would have been nice. We didn't want to drive so used room service during our stay, but the food was great so no real complaints there in the end.

Room had kitchen facilities. Nice pool Area. Staff very friendly lovely hotel.

No information about setting up sofa bed for 3rd guest included in booking. Wasn’t informed at check in about sofa bed. It was comfortable just would be good to have a head ups and info on where to find bedding etc. Arrived at the end of end of season so only one place open for dinner on mountain and closed early. We should have researched this better.

The studio was perfect size, comfort, and style for rekacing 2 days after a long trip from St Louis to Vancouver to Victoria and Revelstoke =) the reception staff were so sweet and helpful =) the cleaning staff were also so accommodating to delay cleaning for us 😀

The restaurant was super tasty but after a long day would have loved a quiet place jazz style but we're European so that's not likely but would have been very nice =)

we got upgraded from standard 3BR to the superior 3BR and it was excellent! The size, space and location of the apartment was great, the staff were all very helpful, ski area access from building 2 is awesome. The bathrooms and kitchen were big, kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery, plus cooking utensils etc.

lighting- the rooms were quite dimly lit and the spas and pool were always full, but these were minor issues

Wow, we certainly didn't expect to get a great one-bedroom suite! The room was very spacious, and the bed VERY comfortable. Dinner (and breakfast the next morning) at the nearby restaurant (the Rockford Grill) was excellent, and the "Happy Anniversary" welcome package when we arrived in our room was very much appreciated!

A few EV chargers in the car park would be a welcome addition, but that's about it!

Our 2 bedroomed apartment was HUGE! Really lovely and such good value for money.

The environmental credentials could be improved…ie we requested housekeeping (as it is nice for beds to be made whilst on holiday) but I said we didn’t need anything else doing. When we got back our beds had been made, but also the sheets were changed and all towels in the bathroom too, and the once used soap bars changed. You should place those cards in the bathrooms so that the cleaners know to only remove towels that are on the floor or in the bath tub as it is very bad for the environment for so much laundry to be unnecessarily generated.

Everything in the suite we stayed is excellent

I forgot one important plastic folder which I left in the room upon checking on August 18, I have called the hotel on August 20 multiple times to see if the cleaning crew has found it and perhaps can return me, but till now no progress update from the hotel. Among other things the folder has whole bunch of CASH inside though!

The room was exceptional. 2 large bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms and king size bed. Comfortable sitting area with a great view and usable balcony. Well appointed kitchen on the days we wanted to sleep in and have breakfast or have a meal at home after a busy day of adventure.

We did not receive any housekeeping services while we were there. I am not sure if you had to request them or not. It was ok because we did not make too much of a mess, but we did have to bring our garbage and recycling down ourselves midway through our 4 night stay.
