The room was spacious, nice kitchen with full size fridge, comfy king size bed. Newly renovated bathroom with huge tub and lighted and anti-fog mirror. Staff was friendly and told us about attractions. Very quiet and had laundry facilities.
Outside of building needs renos. People were smoking outside our door. Needs to have a designated smoking area.

Like another reviewer said, I wasn't sure from the outside. But the room was newly renovated, sparkling clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! And nice soft bedding too. I've stayed in every hotel in Smithers and this has the most comfortable bed. It is great value!

No breakfast but room was good value and it was everything we needed and more! Full size fridge with freezer was nice! Comfy bed! Great clothes hangers! 🙃👍
The outdoor furniture could have used a good scrub! Not a fancy place but great for a good nights’ sleep! Kitchen and supplies good!

The room were large and had full kitchen complete with a good selection of cooking utensils. The bed was supposed to be a queen and ended up to be a king. The rooms were recently renovated. Staff were very friendly. The free wifi was very responsive.

The room was clean and larger than I thought. The fridge came in handy.
The upstairs guest sounded like they were walking around in boots so soundproofing could be improved somehow. Otherwise an ok stay

I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t hear much from the highway when we were in our motel room. We liked the two double beds and there was lots of room for our baby’s playpen.
We need a reminder on the door to “check the fridge before you go” as we left a bottle and milk in there! Haha

We had multiple rooms of family that were in for a very important cultural event, and the staff were so knowledgeable and understanding of the late hour we would all return to the rooms that evening. I appreciated that so much.
