The rooms were very clean, the cleaning staff did an excellent job! I could see them washing a ton sheets down the hall, and they were working very hard. The restaurant is great, they even bring the food right to your room.

Only thing I didn't like was the fitness center on basement floor (women may not always feel safe going on basement floor to work out). Fitness center was very hot with no air conditioning or water or towels. Despite that, I still give the hotel 5 stars and would love to come back again.

Breakfast in the restaurant was sub-standard, but overall the hotel is very nice. The only other drawback is that it is on the highway rather than being right in the lovely town of Smithers, so walking around downtown is not an easy option. We recommend asking for a room on the back side of the building to avoid highway noise. Overall a good place to stay, somewhat on the expensive side - but very modern, clean and comfortable!

Room had a mini kitchen, although microwave not useable. Bed better than most. Room was quiet, little noise from inside or outside. This is a large hotel for a community of moderate size.

Microwave door was found jammed shut at checkin. Desk staff said they would get it fixed. Nothing heard from hotel after that. Disappointing.

Overall great stay. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Special shout out to Slim from Don Cherry's sports bar who brought us room service. Very fast (even when considering they had a function going on), friendly and the food was great! He made two trips, and went over and above. Great service.

All was good.

Lots of parking, was able to get a parking spot close to my room and see my car from my room window. Good a/c and heat control, lots of lighting options and the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and professional. The place is very quiet at night, i got a great nights sleep.

Nice clean rooms,,spacious enough for short stay family of 4.. located quite near centre/shops without being noisy

Could have had more facilities like a pool for the price charged..

The staff were excellent all around but especially at Don Cherrys - cheerful kind and helpful - that would bring me back!

Room set up was strange almost as if there was a bed missing. Desk was strangley cramped in tight spot and lighting wasn't the best but linens were CLEAN and room was quite clean although a tad musty not fresh smelling, but overall warm, comfortable and quiet.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, food is great, prices reasonable.

No microwave, and wish rooms were a bit brighter. Could use more USB plug ins, has 2 on nightstand but same on desk would be nice.

We stay at this hotel once a year for travelling to work. It has comfy beds and has clean rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Guest laundry: Washer took quarters while the dryer only took loonies. Had to go back to the front desk twice to exchange the different coins between loads.

Nicely decorated, room is a good size, restaurant is good & the staff is very friendly and efficient

This is silly but a night table on both sides of the bed would be nice.
