Clean, lovely breakfast & comfortable beds.

We were there for my daughter's wedding. I thought I had requested a wheelchair accessible room but upon arrival it was not available which made the stay very tiring. My husband is in a wheelchair & the space was too tight.

The entire stay was top notch. The staff were very welcoming from check in until check out. They always greeted us when we came and went. The continental breakfast was the best we've had... Ever! I won't even think twice the next time we're in Terrace.

Nothing, liked everything.

The rooms are immaculate, and the front desk staff was super polite. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds were also an bonus. 10/10

If the hotel could've added a restaurant for all hours of the day it would make a better experience for some workers. Proximity to town isn't the best quality.

Even in a covid world they made breakfast work with very generous bag meal take away that could even include a cold cut sandwich for lunch, in addition they still offered a very good hot breakfast at scadualed times for safety. They scheduled times booked for spa use. These people have set a standard by which other hotels need to follow, we stayed at the Ramada on the way up to terrace & on our way back to the valley & they NEED to learn from comfort inn terrace, as the Ramada was very poor in comparison & we'll likely not use them again!

All was good but having ice machines on each floor would ne nice

Airport shuttle is awesome. The staff were really attentive and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold choices, and I especially appreciated the eggs, waffles and fruit. It was very convenient to have fridge and microwave in the room, and keurig for coffee was fantastic. The bed was excellent and I slept like a baby.

A bit far from restaurants

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff person in training was efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent- one of the best that we had on our extended road trip. A lot of variety including hot options, waffles, fresh fruit etc. Clean, bright and staff worked hard to keep everything organized and full.

Room was a bit noisy.

The breakfast was very good and the service by Min was exceptional! Min helped us make waffles and served them to us, brought us fresh bacon, lemon for my tea and cleared our plates which was not expected at all.

Just a personal preference, we like our scrambled eggs cooked a bit more but I'm sure if I had asked, Min would of made us some new ones.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and the hot dishes (eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausage) were frequently filled and very tasty. Not a bland blob of egg coloured sludge, like some places.

The motion sensor for the bathroom lights was convenient but I would have liked to have an override so it doesn't blind you in the middle of the night.

The breakfast was really good, location was great. Staff was wonderful
