The beds were comfortable and the space was clean. The furniture is a little run down, scratched etc. The bathroom vanity could use an upgrade but was fine. Would have been nice to have an ice machine on our floor, as its so hot, we had to keep running up and down the stairs. Great amenities in the bathroom, great towels, microwave, and a good size fridge, Our card and our friends cards, kept demagnetizing, so was a pain to have to keep running up and down the stairs. The continental breakfast was great, we appreciated not having to go out for breakfast as we are simple breakfast folks so this was much appreciated by all of us. The staff, cleaning staff were great! Helped us when we needed them with smiles on their faces! They deserve a pay raise for sure, you are lucky to have such great staff!! Colleen

Update the furniture, faster elevator, ice machine on the floor or easier access, we had to ask each time at the front desk. Also, our cards kept demagnetizing, so after awhile, we just had it redone before we went upstairs, so that we didn't have to run downstairs

The bed was extremely comfortable. There were 4 nice pillows per bed. The thermostat allowed us to control the temperature warmer during the day and cooler at night. The stairs were easy to find and directly adjacent tot the elevator.. The refrigerator and microwave were nice touches.

I do prefer a noon check-out time over 11am. I would have preferred to be in walking distance of downtown but did not see any viable options to be closer.

The breakfast is lacking. I've stayed at other hotels who are doing more interesting and healthy breakfasts without being buffet. Muffins and fruit aren't cutting it anymore. The housekeeping staff this trip were not great. Only one day was my coffee restocked, and my last night my room wasn't touched. Bed unmade, nothing restocked or cleaned.

The location is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The restaurant downstairs is amazing! As is the pub next door.

The breakfast could be better. I've stayed at other hotels recently that have found a way to do more than fruit and muffins for their breakfast without compromising health and safety. The wifi is extremely slow and I wish each room had different passwords to make it more secure.

Bed was super comfy, I had stayed there before and the bed and pillows were so good I didn't even look at any others in Williams Lake. Nice friendly helpful staff. Pub next door plus small restaurant in the Hotel.

Breakfast is pretty sad bagged affair - I think people are now using Covid as an excuse to back off on quality and quantity. The elevator is a sort of Machiavelian affair that barely holds one plus a luggage cart.

only stayed 1 night as was able to see my son after 3 yrs and as don't know Williams Lk. very well so spent lots time in room my old dog and O enjoyed the quiet . do think even that pet friendly the carpets could be bit cleaner the staff was very helpful as I couldn't get my card locks tp open door not sure if me ( 80 yrs old_) or card but the lady came with me and opened door for me she was so nice about it wish remembered her name to thank her

Clean premises, friendly staff, beds comfortable. We were surprised by the "bag breakfast" for all guests; nice touch

Noisy air conditioner. Had to use it because it was quite warm in the room. There was no "kleenex" in the bathroom. It had not been replaced. Bigger bath towels

Staff was very cherish and polite special thanks to housekeeping supervisor Ms.Anne. she was soo good and helpful to get the things around whatever i needed, also helped me to explain about the local information. Overall was good stay.

housekeeping staff (the girl) didn't done room services at all in spite i told them to make the room many times and at last ms.anne(supervisor) make it very well.

Huge rooms, spotless, nicely updated - much better than I expected. A nice extra was the onsite guest laundry. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Lack of onsite parking when busy, but staff gave me a parking pass for overnite street parking so it was fine.

We had a one bedroom king suite. Really spacious. The fridge and microwave in the room are a great bonus. Indian restaurant downstairs is very convenient and food is delicious.

The take-away breakfast was marginally better than what we have had at previous hotels. At least the muffins appeared to be homemade, not those awful plastic prepackaged things. But still, a poor substitute for the usual complimentary breakfast buffet.
