Best Western Plus Brandon Inn

The breakfast was fine - healthy options were available and staff were attentive and made sure coffee urns were full etc. Breakfast options were the same every day with no variety. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full on the weekend with families attending the Provincial Exhibition. The in-room temperature controls worked well and our beds & pillows were very comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy.

Housekeeping was optional so we chose to forego it when we checked in. About five nights into our nine-night stay we needed new towels and arranged for housekeeping the next morning, but it wasn't done, nor was it done at all until our departure. We ended up picking up our own towels & fresh coffee pods, shampoo etc at the front desk - we didn't express concern about the lack of housekeeping. It appeared to us that new staff were being trained and we were quite capable of looking after our own needs so we didn't see the need to be difficult about it.

I loved how the stay was very accommodating, and friendly. they made sure everything I needed was there, housekeeping did an amazing job. Checked In and I’ve never seen a hotel room look untouched and clean floor to ceiling.

Evening staff when I wanted to go into the pool, didn’t check my verification of Vaccination, I was told to show it at front desk at the start of my stay, but they never glanced and basically said “yeah it’s open or whatever”.

We had our dog with us and he enjoyed it too! Love it when places accept dogs.

It got a little chilly through the night, the covers could have been a little more, but the thermostat worked well and got the room up to a nice setting.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The interior of the rooms and hotel was very pretty. The rooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. The breakfast was amazing. Everything with the booking, checking in and out went very smoothly. The beds were very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the Best Western, great pool, food and facilities. Staff were so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again in future.

Hot water machine for making tea could have been fixed.

This property was conveniently located next to the highway, near gas stations and restaurants. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and the last hour of pool time was for adults only! I am going to book a room here for the drive home.

Staff was excellent. We showed up very late in the night. Staff was welcoming and helped us get a extra Cot for our room.

The pool and hot tub was out of order during our stay.

the parking lot was well lit with large parking spots, the rooms were large in size, great a/c unit, LOVED how quiet the room was especially right next to the #1 highway (we never heard an outside sound)

The room was very clean, the TV was a nice size and the staff are friendly and the facility is nice too.

Parking for vehicles seemed limited, there seemed to be not enough chairs in the room for other guest's staying with you in the same room.

We booked a King suite room and it was perfect after a long day on the road. There was a sofa in the room which was very comfortable.
