The room layout was wonderful with the bathroom situated between the beds, separating the room into two semi-private areas which was wonderful for traveling with kids. The room was very spacious, comfortable and affordable. We got the family room with bunkbeds which the kids loved. The pool has a great waterslide and a hot tub. The room was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us a late check out at no extra charge. There was a free continental breakfast (not a huge spread but decent - muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc).

It would have been nice if they had a few kids life jackets available to borrow or rent, we forgot ours and the nearest place to buy them is a half hour's drive.

I had a great experience at the Carman location. Hotel was a new build, room was spacious, clean & comfy. Wifi was good, which is important as I am travelling for business. Breakfast was good for a complimentary breaky - french toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, hot drinks & juice. Enjoyed that they had trays so I could take stuff back to my hotel room and work on it.

Honestly, the stay was excellent. Nothing to change - except a hot breakfast would be cool - but with location - Tim Hortons is right across the way. So if a person desired a hot breaky - they can go there.

The hotel smelled clean as soon as you enter the lobby. I liked that the bathroom was between the beds. It gives a little more separation for parents staying with their children.

The beds were not as comfortable as I hoped. The blankets felt like it trapped heat underneath/wasn't very breathable. The AC unit was on the other side of the room, so the ones in the bed closest to the AC were colder and we couldn't cool off enough.

I like how the staff treat me, they are very friendly. And I also like how they clean the room.

It’s kinda disappointing because when I booked online I asked them if they can put rose petals on the bed because I want to surprise my boyfriend, and then they emailed me back saying that they can do that, but when we arrived in our room, there’s nothing on it. And also the breakfast I expect that there’s gonna be like egg, sausage something like that. But overall we had a good stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has an eco-friendly shampoo and body wash. Pools are clean and the depth is suitable even for kids. We also noticed lemon water at the lobby, a unique addition like a welcome treat.

We're expecting some bacon and eggs. Not also sure if there's a hot chocolate, we can't find it. Maybe an assisting staff during breakfast time will be a good improvement also.

Wish there was someone supervising the pool or at least popping in once in a while. A family was allowing their children to go down the water slide 5 at a time but stopping in the slide, making everyone else wait (would take them upwards of 5 minutes to go down the slide and would go right back on the slide as soon as they were out)

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and rooms were clean. The hotel is very quiet, you could not hear people walking up and down the hallway. The water slide, pool, and hot tub were clean and a great hit for the kids. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return in the future.

The bottles in the shower were hard to get soap out of. I like the eco consciousness very much though so I’ll take that if it means the bottles are hard to squeeze

Our suite was nice and spacious. Well lit and clean. Slide was super fast. Not appropriate for kids under 7.

The pool area was so chlorinated my eyes were burning. Because the slide was so fast, you couldn't go even close to the exit point which made the pool seem quite small. Also, the slide was way too fast for kids under 7.

Room was nice and cool. Pool and hot tub were open at really great hours. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Continental breakfast was lacking and space was very tight. Not enough room for all the people that were trying to get through the line up.
