It was relatively easy to find from the highway. The room was big, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good. There was a table and a sofa in the room as well. The breakfast was good but not very personable. If you have a choice try to avoid being there at 7:00 in the morning because it could be busy. 30 minutes later it was much better.

The air condition was a bit loud.

The room was clean, comfortable, staff were friendly.

The included breakfast was ice cold, the sausage, eggs, etc were cooked but the station did not work, the coffee was just awful. I had a pre-packaged muffin for breakfast and to start my days travel to Nova Scotia. I was not impressed with the effort or availability of food in the morning! It's good It was "included" because I would never have paid for that!

Location is ideal, the breakfast was really picked over and there was no one there refilling. I had to ask for a muffin because there was not enough food out and it was only 30 minutes into breakfast. Hate the fact there is no elevator, totally ridiculous.

I was fortunate to get a walkout for my dog the second time booking, but there was very heavy rain and I ended up with several earwigs in my room. Not nice.

Everything was clean and tidy. Room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Easy to get into and staff were great. Breakfast in the morning (which came with the room) was very good. Close to the highway and restaurants.

There is no elevator so you have climb the stairs if you are on the second floor. For us it wasn't an issue but could be for some. Something to keep in mind for future booking to ask for ground floor if needed. Ground floor rooms do have patio door access to your vehicle which is nice.

Room was super clean! Room was spacious. Free breakfast in the morning was beyond my expectations. Hot and cold options, well stocked.

There was some confusion about our bill. Front desk called at 12:30 a.m. after we arrived to say we were double billed and to come down and get reimbursed. We got another call at 7:00 a.m. to say we had not paid our bill and needed to do so upon checkout. Late night and early morning calls did not allow for a very restful stay over.

Once again location, location, location! Close to eastern Tim Hortons and direct road into downtown. Ground floor sliding door access to rooms for off loading and dog friendly. This location is a logical stopping point to break up your driving hours onward to Quebec or Ontario for solo drivers!

Standard charge for dog additional. Not all Comfort Inns will charge this though!

The room had everything we needed for our stopover. Fridge, coffee maker, tv. Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was free.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but that was the only thing I could say was a minus, but reflected in hotel price so not a big deal

Beds were very comfortable and very nice breakfast.

I think the rates for rooms in all motels/hotels are way too high since folks have begun travelling again. I was in line with a few people desperate for a place to stay in Edmunston after 1.5 hour backup on Hwy. 20. One elderly woman just shook her head in disbelief at the room rate walking out to the parking lot to sit on the grass.

The room was great, comfortable bed, well stocked bathroom, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Eggs at breakfast were cold immediately after having been served. I’m not even sure how that is possible, but they were. White bread only.

The location and size of the breakfast area was adequate

You kitchen attendant lacks experience and interest for her job . Had to wait for the eggs because the tray was empty before she prepared a new batch of eggs. She was busy on the cell phone. Not ounce during the hour I was there did she clean the counter nor the accessories.
