Breakfast was very good ……Britney was an exceptional hostess. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Only two other rooms were occupied, it still being early in the season. Good parking availability.

A little expensive for what it is. There is no view of any kind. The shower was interesting….ridiculously complicated…degree in Mech Engg required..!!!

Staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. B&B was beautiful and room was comfortable, quiet and gorgeous. Breakfast was exceptional! We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

There was nothing we didn't like.... only counsel was finding it on a very dark and stormy night was a little bit of a challenge. Maybe light the sign and/or say if you hit the grocery store, you just drove by it!

The location was easy to find, on the outskirts of town and a very quiet area. Barbara was there to greet us and made our stay fantastic. She recommended a few places in town to eat. We were approaching the low season for the Bonavista area, so it was hit and miss on what was open in town. Our room was on the main floor and beautifully decorated, and the entire house was exceptionally clean and well kept. Barbara's hot breakfast was incredible, even including hot fresh muffins, and fruit. It was like eating in a posh restaurant. I would highly recommend staying at the Lancaster Inn.

The location was central but on a busy street with not much interest. The food was very good, simple (eggs were cooked to perfection) but could have been a bit more creative. We are foodies who were there for the Roots, Rants & Roars food festival so not a fair comment ; )

Busy street, No landscaping (trees) or seating outside but it was late in the season so maybe in Summer there is.

Brittney was verybfriendly and efficient. The cookies were a lovely touch and yummy! Breakfast was good, although a bit more variety would be welcome (eggs 2 days in a row is a lot😁). Room was clean and comfortable and we loved being able to use the common area to read and relax.

The only drawback is the location. A bit far from the town core, and the view was of old trucks and a dollar store.

It was perfect for my needs, of wanting to visit Elliston for puffins and the many historical sites in Bonavista. A pleasant surprise was visiting two very interesting Geosites within a short driving distance. Overall just a really great experience at Bonavista. The breakfast was excellent including good coffee. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious and the girls were very accommodating. The location was perfect for what we want to do in the area. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

My only suggestion is to have a night light in the bathroom as there was no window and it is very dark at night. Other than that, we had no complaints.

Wonderful stay. Very helpful staff. Brittany made us welcome and gave an excellent suggestion for dinner that worked out well. Room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable bed.

Hot water doesn’t last long. Well water can have colour to it. Didn’t bother us. For someone not familiar with well water it could be off-putting.

Nice house in a convenient (but not walkable) location with on-site parking. Amazing freshly cooked breakfast and very friendly and helpful host. The rooms are spacious and with big windows, and there's a nice deck in the back to relax in the sun.

Unfortunately our room had quite a few (completely harmless) bugs which was a bit unpleasant to deal with. The location is marked with "for sale" signs which was a bit confusing.

Breakfast was amazing and Brittany was amazing with us she is so friendly and informative. I would recommend this INN of a great place to stay in Bonavista. Thank you Brittany for your hospitality. I would definitely stay again.
