The high rating comes from value for money. The breakfast was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were updated and the staff was second to none. Thank you Adam, you and your family run a stellar business and it was a pleasure to meet you. We would highly recommend this location if you are passing through or looking to stay a few days in the area.

The carpets were a little less updated than the rest of it. It did not hinder our enjoyment of the stay, but I don't want somebody else to book and trash the place because of one minor detail. Know what you're getting and live in a world where you can get power from kindness, not from the other side. :)

I loved the staff the most - they were so friendly, helpful, accommodating and informative. I love that they have a freezer for guests' use - I felt odd asking for a freezer to freeze some food I wanted to bring back, and I guess its not so odd because they have one just for that reason. They even have extra ice so you can keep your items cold on the road. Breakfast starts at 8 and includes yogurt, eggs, waffles, toasts/bagels, donuts and cereal. The rooms were spotless and the beds extremely comfortable.

I would have liked the breakfast to start at 7:30 officially, but I can't complain because it was up and going around then. The pillows were a bit too soft for our liking (but amazing beds).

Very clean and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. Great place to stay will be staying there again. Very comfortable beds and you can tell this family takes PRIDE in there establishment.. Also a good included breakfast. Coffee toast yogurt cereal cinnamon buns lemon bread just a few of the items.

The A/C should be looked at. It worked but I think it needed to be recharged.. But the cleanliness made up for it.

It was easy to locate, and had everything we needed. We were only staying one night as a break from a long drive, so we were really just looking to rest. There was good info provided about checking in and overall, we had a great stay. It was reasonably quiet in the night and the room was comfortable and well supplied. I'd book again if I were ever back in the area.

It's an older building and the pipes were kind of loud and we could hear everyone in the hall starting pretty early in the morning. We were leaving early but if you're a light sleeper or looking to sleep in maybe try to get a room at the end of the hall with less foot traffic!

The hosts are super nice and accomodating. Loved the hospitality. I did a very late night checkin and i also had to charge ny EV. The owner moved their car to make way for mine inspite of it being midnight - so helpful. Breakfast has lot of variety too and I was told by my brother that the juice was freshly squeezed and best (we tried it later and so i could only imagine as my brother finished whole glass lol). I loved our stay here! True value for money. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was large and had all the needed items and places for suitcases and coats etc. The breakfast was had cereal toast instant oatmeal, yogurt and fruit cups. Coffee maker in the room and always coffee and tea in the lobby/kitchen area.

The fan in the bathroom was very loud other than that everything was good.

Breakfast included was good. The staff allowed us to put ice packs in the freezer overnight, No microwave in the room but the staff allowed us to use the communal microwave when needed.

We were charged more than the price which was arranged with booking.com. We did not contest the increase.

the breakfast was good we are light eaters it was just what we needed. the location was good as it was a short drive from malls and food places and gas stations our stay was short but when we go back it is the place we will stay next time.

Convenient location, freshly painted, very clean. My room was wheelchair accessible (not something I need, but great to see that it is available). Breakfast was nice (toast, tea/coffee, boiled eggs, muffins, cereal, yoghurt).

It was all good! It's not a new place, but it was all very clean and felt very comfortable.

Older hotel but well kept. Breakfast was continental. location was easy to find, staff very friendly. Renovations were inprogress but did not intefere with our stay. In room Coffee maker and fridge great to have.

Small things would be convient like no towel racks to hang towels or toiletry bags.
