Clean and comfortable. Lovely shared common room. Location great and staff were friendly responsive and helpful

Chef not working first night we were there and meal was not good - next night was fantastic - suggest that on nights chef is off, best to offer modified menu that can be done well I.e. pizza fish and chips. Also we stayed two nights but rooms not freshened- had to ask for clean towels and soap. These are just minor suggestions- overall we had a great stay and lovely experience.

The room we had was huge, extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was excellent. There is a common room for guests that has a kitchenette and dining table overlooking the water which is delightful.

Just a few minor issues that will no doubt be rectified soon. The bathroom door needs attention. We would also have appreciated directions for the very complicated television. (There were some instructions, but sadly they didn’t help.)

The room was very clean with some nice luxury amenities like heated towel racks and a fireplace. Great food in the brewery downstairs with a gift shop! Best part was the cod cakes. Bed was VERY comfy!

A mistake was made initially on check in and I was charged more for the room then booking.com stated. When pointed out to staff she refunded me so it turned out to be no issue. The waitresses were great and very kind.

Location, location, location! Beautiful view, lookout close by, quiet and serene. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean, fireplace was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Dinner was delicious, especially the Cod cakes!

No ice machine and breakfast not included. Help with luggage would have been nice, otherwise very pleased.

I loved the atmosphere of the rooms. We stayed in two different rooms because we decided to stay an extra night and both were beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant and food were awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Got in late so didn’t see the area. Kitchen stayed open as just closed to prepare a meal for me. Food was great, beer was great

I didn’t see any take away coffee cup with lid. But that would be the only issue. Maybe there were there but didn’t see them

Beautiful place with large comfortable rooms and excellent food. The host was exceptional and most helpful in an answering questions about the area and local attractions. We will be sure to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Everything. The beds were very comfortable, the food in the restaurant downstairs was fabulous, the gift shop had quite a few interesting items in it, all made by local people

The staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. All needs are catered for and the rooms beautiful, super clean and well equipped. Love this place!

Loved that the bathroom had heated floor and heated towel rack

Door to the hallway let in a lot of light around the edges. Could use some blackout curtains
