Good communication and clear check in instructions were provided. The location in Durrel is convenient for the Twillingate area. The facilities provided were good. The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances, utensils and crockery/cutlery. There were laundry facilities too. The Frenchead family suite is in the basement with separate entrance and has no view as such.

There is no air conditioning, though they have catered for humidifiers. These get hot and since it was a warm period, we had an uncomfortable night with high temperatures even with the windows open. The owner did provide for fans the next day on our request and then it was comfortable.

This place was amazing. What a beautiful home. We really enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and to have the laundry facilities available to us. Meeting some of the other guests was also a highlight. You never know who you will meet. We loved Twillingate. One of the best places we visited on our trip to NFLD. Would highly recommend it if ever travelling there.

Have nothing to say about that. Everything was perfect.

Very nice host and a well stocked coffee/snack mess area with everything you might need. Good waffles for breakfast. My wife was thrilled she could use the washing machine and dryer to restock our "clean laundry bag."

Our deluxe queen room on the first floor was at bit small and the bathroom was kind of weird with the sink and toilet each in separate attached small rooms with the tub/shower spanning the space between them. It seemed like the room had been converted to a bedroom with bathroom facilities but there just wasn't quite enough room to accommodate everything. Definitely would not recommend this room for anyone with accessibility issues.

Good choice of continental breakfast items. Waffles were home made. Comfortable bed and clean rooms & facilities. Parking right out front. The only B&B on our travels that had air conditioning in each room,

The choice of hot breakfast items was at the discretion of the staff. A hot cinnamon roll was served one morning and freshly made waffles the second morning. No choice of a full hot breakfast as with other B&Bs on our trip. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was across the hall.

We actually stayed in two rooms and both were exceptionally comfortable. Bathrooms were lovely and water was great. Breakfast was the most fun as we were able to chat with other guests and the food was made to order and excellent! Coffee was great and there was a thermos with coffee available after breakfast. There were also little snacks or cookies available after hours.

I did not like that I had to leave. I would have liked to stay longer as it was a great central location for a lot of activities.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. Fay was lovely, making us good breakfasts and suggesting places to eat etc. it was nice to e able to make a cup of tea, do some laundry and sit in the sunny kitchen. Everything was spotless and clean. Parking was right in front.

Our room #1 was very cramped ( too much furniture for a small room) with a strange bathroom, shower set up. The mattress was squeaky and uncomfortable.

Parking is right outside the main door, so very handy. Rooms are up some stairs - lovely bedroom with a king bed (Rm 2) that was very high. There was a stepping stool to get in bed if you needed it. Comfortable bed too. Could have used a couple of extra pillows, but didn’t realize that til late. Friendly host cooking breakfast in the kitchen from 8 - 10.

Top stair down from the rooms is higher than the rest and whatever the standard riser is. Almost took a tumble.

Absolutely wonderful hosts and staff. Very good breakfast, and meeting people from various places over breakfast an added pleasure. While our room was smallish (the queen bed filled much of the room) the bathroom was spacious. But, this is more than compensated by a comfortable sitting room and the wonderful deck at the back of the house. That they allowed us to use their laundry facilities was a big bonus! Quiet neighbourhood in a wonderful town. We would happily stay there again.

A bit more space to move around in the bedroom. But with the other rooms to sit in, this wasn't a real problem. And pretty much typical of B&Bs.

The home was lovely, we enjoyed using the living room with other guests. It was great to be able to do a load of laundry.

The bed was a little too soft for my achy back, but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast was okay, eggs Benedict was not with runny poached eggs.

The studio unit (suitable for a family) was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, everything was excellent, thanks to Deborah, Faith and the all the staff.

The studio unit is located in the basement, you have to go down the stairs and it is not suitable for a person with disabilities, it is important that they inform the customer about this in advance
