Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antigonish

my favourite part about the property was hands down the incredible people that work there! i would like to recognize Maggie and Jill at reception and Tesla in housekeeping!! These folks were so kind, helpful and absolute sweethearts! They made my stay exceptional!

The excessive noice from the sports teams. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed in a meaningful way!!! They act like they own the place with crazy partying and excessive noice blatant disregard for any other guests and there is no consequences for them. please fix this problem

Very nice hotel. My partner had to teach an online class while we were there and the staff was very helpful in getting him set up in a business room with high speed internet access. Nice room, easy access from the highway plenty of parking. The lobby features has a nice bar and lounge with a small menu available.

It's aways from downtown Antigonish if you prefer walking - about 20 minutes and you have to go through a stretch of interchanges and big intersections first. The hotel was full so our room was a little noisy with people passing and sound from adjacent rooms.

The accessible room was great and the chair lift for the pool was amazing for the members of our party in wheelchairs. Great location for access to Antigonish but also to the highway. The staff was friendly and responsive.

You could hear a fair bit from other rooms. Also, they need a second person working the breakfast service as it is busy and things were always running out with guests cintinually needing to go to the kitchen door to ask for things Tables also weren't getting wiped down very often because of this.

Beds were terrific, breakfast usually good, staff were very helpful, glad there was a laundry room. I appreciated the photography of local areas on the walls. Glad outlets by beds for CPAP. Comfy tub!!

Some breakfast foods often ran out when ate after 8am (bagels, fruit, orange juice, croissants, yougert, etc). The laundry room dryer did not work properly - may need a new heating element. No photo's of local springtime. Didn't get to try the pool :-(

Thé location was convenient and the breakfast had everything you needed.

The one downside to this hotel was that you could hear people walkIng around on the floor above us. Also, the 2 queen beds were really close together.

Helpful friendly staff, clean well equipped rooms. Breakfast included was good and plenty options.

It was a bit further out of Antigonish than we had thought but a taxi was easy to get through reception calling us one to get into town.

Good location. Plenty of parking. Short drive to various eateries but there was a restaurant right next door which was good. Good buffet breakfast. Bar and seating area in reception area was good. Good size room which was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great, I've stayed twice now. I do wish there were dairy free options to add to my coffee and they added cheese to the eggs, which meant I couldn't eat them, but those are personal needs, the breakfast was great overall!

I would love a king bed option and a little booklet of restaurants and maybe walking trails in the area

Very clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very convenient to St FX University and the town.

Rooms were a bit dark. Needs more lighting. Some noise from the highway but it wasn't too bad.

Hotel was very clean, modern decor, well decorated and breakfast was very good.

More options on the dinner menu would have been nice but I was told they were building a restaurant next door so that will be helpful down the road for guests.
