The room was spacious, clean, perfect balance of modern and antique to give it personality and charm; and the octopus theme made me soooo happy. I named the stuffed octopus on the wardrobe Arlo. The food and ambiance at Betty’s was amazing, and I’m sorry I didn’t get to eat there more!!! Within walking distance of downtown, and the amenities of town.

The AC had been turned off and the windows were closed when I first entered the room on Friday, so it was a little stuffy with the heat and humidity we’ve had this summer. But nothing that couldn’t be easily rectified.

Beautiful location and Inn. Especially Betty's. Such a wonderful space and the outdoor space is also so beautiful.

We had a great stay. We did notice that the showers though barely had any pressure. My parents were in the room with a couch against the wall. Double queen room and said it was terribly uncomfortable. You could barely sit on it. The staff in the restaurant were great but there was no greeting upon arrival and we had no idea which rooms we were staying and once in the room there was no information about wifi etc. Had to go down to get it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Great location in Mahone Bay, NS. Lovely town. The staff at the restaurant associated with the inn, Betty’s was wonderful, very pleasant ,friendly and accommodating.

The wi fi in the room we were in was terrible. I think a wi fi extender would be a great improvement. Parking spaces would benefit from some paint markings.

Don't expect regular breakfast menu. The menu is the same brunch and supper. Food is very good and large portions. Yogurt, chips, nutrition grain bars in room. Rooms were lovely, quaint, roomy, quiet.

Parking was a tight squeeze. It appears locals as well as other tourists come here to eat. Very popular, so if you are staying here, you may have to wait for a spot

Fantastic boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. Well appointed

Parking is absolutely awful. Returned mid afternoon one day for r&r before dinner. Absolutely no place to park because of the restaurant. They need to reserve 4 spots for inn guests.

Location was perfect for exploring Lunenburg and Mahone Bay. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious — also beautifully decorated! The restaurant attached looked and smelled wonderful, I wish we had stayed longer and had a chance to try. Self check in and check out was contactless and simple. Great value, and I certainly hope to stay here again one day!

the location and restaurant were phenomenal, the perfect place for a date night! loved the robes and the sweet living living space to watch tv and decor was lovely.

we didn’t realize the bathtub would be as small (was imagining more of a spa jacuzzi), didn’t realize until the morning after that the heat was on 16 (were very cold & slept poorly bc of that) sound proofing of the restaurant downstairs was poor.

There are 3 rooms upstairs above the very cool restaurant. Room number 3 was on the back side of building. This meant it was quiet, and very well equipped, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, thoughtful in every way. Room 1 is overlooking road and directly above restaurant.

Parking was ok but shared with restaurant parking which was not always available.

Property was absolutely stunning, easy to find and our room was so cute and very nicely set up. Decor was very lovely

The restaurant next door looked great but when we went to walk I was told they were booked up although we saw empty tables all evening. All restaurants were closed so Tim Hortons was the only place to grab supper. Very disappointing. All stores were closed by 5 so couldn’t even do shopping. Had to leave at 8:30 this morning for our next destination so didn’t even have an opportunity to explore. A little disappointing.

In an area of limited good accommodation, this is a very nice small Inn. We had no hotel staff contact, the key was waiting for us in the lobby, and check out was done by text. A really nice feature is the wood-fired pizza restaurant attached. Nice after a day of driving to have a glass of wine and a good pizza without heading out again to find dinner.
