bathroom clean, bed comfortable and clean, close to where we needed to be.

deadbolt of room does not lock/engage. the strike plate that the lock should be able to go into was installed too high. did have a latch I could use, and it was a keycard entry. just wish the deadbolt could’ve been used. something to look into for the hotel. what’s the point of having deadbolts if they don’t actually work.

We got a suite for $ 187 a night. We appreciated the size of the room, the cleanliness was there, we liked the bathroom, but especially the shower which had a perfect water flow, the breakfast offered in the price of the room was plentiful and good for this kind of breakfast, tea and coffee are offered and available at all times and for my part I must say that the coffee was very good, the friendliness of the employees, the free parking. I would definitely stay at Travelodge Suites by Wyndham New Glasgow.

Honestly, we liked everything. There is not a bad thing I can say about this hotel.

Very good location, lots of parking, many restaurants around ,close to highway but quiet, room size was good.

Front desk senior ladies were not welcoming they kept me waiting although there was no other person checking in .They didn't gave all the details of available facilities. Break fast has room for improvement but it was just OK.Thx.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit the family in New Glasgow. It's in a great location, close to stores and downtown. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable, the suites are very big.

Breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness was top notch. Bed was super comfortable. Location is near shopping and easy access back to the highway. Loved it

Nothing at all

We were able to check in lat, comfortable rooms, great service. The continental breakfast was fantastic. The pancake maker made the breakfast super fun for my three kids.

Room was a great size and was clean. Location is great as it is right off the highway and close to any shops you might need. Staff was friendly. We stay here every time we visit and will continue to stay going forward.

Shower pressure was not great but they warned us at check in that they were having an issue.

It was in a good location. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was really good.

It was an older motel so it was a little outdated.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices. First day the pancake machine didn't work, remedied by second morning. Beds was exceptionally comfortable.

Carpet is shabby, smelled a bit stale in the room.
