No breakfast provided, no coffee to be had anywhere- not even in office. All the staff were very nice nice and helpful especially the bartender.

We were in room 34. The two bedspreads were litterly falling apart and shredding- many times got fingers stuck in the shredded parts. The blankets were also all raggedy on the ends. had trouble getting in door on first day and the very nice maintenance man had to actually climb through the window and I held his legs so he could open door. This maintenance man was so cheerful- what a lovely man- they are lucky to have him!!!

the location and size of room the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. No worries about bedbugs any time we stayed over the years. t

the dirt in front of the rooms- needed to be swept. Large potholes in parking lot. Place really needs updating, electrical problems in room, power would go out. too many things plugged in one area.

Great air conditioning and helpful staff. I liked that there was a restaurant and live entertainment one night. I was grateful for the fridge and microwave too. So close to things I wanted to see so a great central location.

I would have liked a brighter light for when the blinds were closed but it was fine. I love lots of light so it may just be me.

Convenient, central location, with easily accessible rooms. A comfortable place to stay while passing through town.

I was unable to do laundry because I didn’t come prepared with my own detergent. I would have done laundry if some was available for sale in the laundry room.

The room was huge and sparkling clean. There were two beds, one with a pillow-top mattress. It was extremely comfortable. The other furniture was odd, which made the room quirky, which I liked. The bathroom had plenty of counter space for my cosmetics, etc.

Check In was at a strange combination lounge/pizza parlor. Rather confusing.

The fact that we actually found a room. Very little availability. Bed was comfortable enough. We were about 300km away by the time I realized I'd forgotten my pillow though! The manager was very friendly.

Was a bit of a seedy area. There was an earwig in the bathtub but not a big deal. Just glad to gave a place to stay.

Our room was big and comfortable. We had problems with the deadbolt but the handyman came right away to fix it. We we're in room 28 and it had a apartment size small fridge with full freezer, Instead of a little mini fridge. Restaurant food was good and not bad price.

I didn't like that you couldn't lock the deadbolt when you left the room. It was only the door knob lock.

Affordable. Comfortable, firm bed Couch was comfortable to sit on, even though low due to missing legs

There is obvious signs of mold painted over in the bathroom. Better to remove plaster, gyprock and replace affected areas. Remote volume buttons didn't work.

the location was perfect for the day trips we planned. the beds were so comfy it was hard to get up in the morning. i really enjoyed that when we came back to our room each time that the beds were made and fresh towels were brought.

I would have like to have had the A/C a bit colder.

The room was furnished with a couch and table and chairs. There was a dresser and a real headboard for the bed. The bathroom had good fluffy towels. We felt. like we were in a B&B rather than a motel.

The room needed better lighting. It was too dark. A lamp on each side of the bed would allow more comfortable reading in bed when 2 guests are occupying the room.
