A lot of options for breakfast. Location was not so good being beside front reception area with a broken front door sending gusts of cold wind in.

We came on the "Big Storm Day" and were so grateful we could book a room. Martina at the front desk was working alone, no help other than the guy taking guests to their rooms because the Pas Key machine was broken. I realize it was a CRAZY day for us all, but it took Martina soooo long to process people, 1.5 hours to process 8 guests before us. There must have been a good reason, I'm sure she didn't want to take that long. She was very nice given her situation, many frustrated, tired and hungry people....plus.....a front door that would slide open constantly (for no reason) sending gusts of ice air on her and ALL those waiting for so long in that line.

The location was really easy to find. Being on the ground floor was perfect so we could walk our pups. Breakfast was very good. Our room was spotless, concierge was so kind and helpful. It was so close to our son’s apartment and the casino.

At 10 p.m. on a Sunday night, the main lobby featured an area with FREE hot coffee, decaf coffee, and tea. There was also a clean, well-lit and well-stocked snack and beverage area where you could purchase snacks and beverages. The staff was fast, friendly and efficient. My room was clean, well-equipped and had amazingly comfortable beds. I was very pleased.

I have no complains and disappointments at all whatsoever.

The staff worked VERY HARD during CRAZY winter storm. Remained professional and kind despite what they were faced with.

Location excellent,room clean,comfortable,well equipped.Staff efficient,friendly,and helpful.Breakfast good and plentiful, lots of choices.Would certainly stay here again.

I have Parkinson's,didn't think to ask for a room on the ground floor.An elevator would have been a definite plus - I don't handle stairs very well.

The complimentary breakfast. You waited around for refill of breakfast items and than they wouldn't bring enough food out therefore people that were already served breakfast were getting seconds. We didn't even get our first helping. So we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

great location, amazing staff, great breakfast for the price offered. We booked two rooms and the hotel was helpful in putting the rooms together. paying a nominal fee to get rooms on ground floor with Kia was totally worth it.

we had a smell in the room when we checked in which we had to air out.

Breakfast was beyond my expectations! Everything was clean, and very nice. Staff were friendly and made me feel valued and comfortable.

Staff was very accommodating. Great rooms for people with pets (first floor only) because they have patio doors to the outside. Had a great experience all around. Rooms were clean and appeared pretty up-to-date.

Didn't notice anything to complain about. Others may not be impressed with the second floor if they need an elevator as there apparently is none.

My wife is disabled and I'm on crutches, apon booking we had been put on 2nd floor with no elevator the staff member Chris upgraded us and put us on ground floor in a handicap room was much appreciated.
