Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls by the River

Staff was friendly, check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good and resto staff were nice. Location was far from the falls but I liked that it was far from all the noise and busy streets. It was also right across the white water walk which was great. We could see if there was a line right from our room's window. Parking was also great, lots of space. Sheets and towels were clean.

Pool was not available at the time due to renovation. The room was a bit dated, wallpaper by the window was peeling, and there was a dead insect on the window. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Was not able to do early check-in due to no rooms ready yet, was hoping to let my 6 month old baby get some rest from the long drive, oh well. Understandably busy due to summer season i guess.

the staff worked straight to the point, which was nice. The room was easy to locate, the parking was adequate. Overall, a good experience.

Cleaning. Couches, furniture and bathroom were dusty and unclean, would have much preferred them to be ready.

I liked everything the staff was polite and extremely helpful especially Anushka she was extremely helpful and thank you so much the house keeping were as organised as I wanted brilliantly handled especially Jenny she was ever so kind I honestly really did enjoy my stay from 1 to 100 questions they were always answered I felt a home as my stay was extended I'm quite impressed everything was organised above my expectations the room was spacious and very clean it's good for families spacious huge depends on what you book! I liked everything...

There is nothing I disliked

It was a great stay cation. The room was clean spacious, well prepared. Check in flawless and checkout was the fastest I ever done. Kudos to the staff. There was a hiccup with the Jacuzzi , one phone call and it was resolved. Since the hotel is away from main strip it was very quiet :)

One thing that i was lukewarm about was paying 15 dollars in addition to room was parking. The pool was under maintenance but I already knew that. Breakfast was not included but IHOP is on premises. (open 8:00 - 13:00)

The room was very big and very quiet. It was very clean despite being a bit dated. The staff was always super helpful in answering all of our questions and booking us taxis.

We picked this location as we needed the Amtrak station close, but too late we found that you can no longer cross the bridge next to the hotel to the American side. That said, it is good for staying away from the center of Niagara (which is a 20 minutes walk or a short taxi/bus ride away).

Everything was comfortable, the location is not too far from the main attractions, Ihop restaurant is located in the hotel with 15% discount for the guests. The room was very clean and everything what I needed was there. This particular room is also meant for the guests with disabilities and located on the first floor. Parking is on site. Complimentary coffee in the room and also there is tea, coffee and microwave on the first floor for all hotel guests.

Pool was closed during my stay

The location is little far from the main attractions, but we had cars with us, so it was only 5 mins drive to Clifton Hill. Even without car, there is Wego stop outside the hotel, you can reach the falls area within minutes in the bus too.

We saw the pool in they photos, but it was closed for renovation, there kids were disappointed with the pool closed. They hotel doesn't have a kitchen, so if you're in e more for room service for some snacks, you have to get it from outside or order on Skip

Staff is friendly place is clean rooms were clean and comfortable definitely will stay again

I wish the rooms had a fridge and microwave

Unlike other reviewers, I have nothing negative to say. I didn't read the review in the first place. I booked the hotel and later I saw the review and was super scared. But to my surprise the hotel was good. they let us check out late. and we extended 1more day and they gave a discounted price, the coffee and tea was there all day and the microwave was there for reheating. yes the hotel did have a bit of dust in the ceiling in two places but other than that everything was smooth. I had a 4yr old with me and she loved the Jacuzzi.

Dust in the ceiling. may need vacuuming once in a while. No breakfast ad IHOP was too expensive, I bought a toast with butter for my daughter n it costs 6dollars.

The location was very nice and peaceful, not far from the attractions but not to close. The 2 ladies that worked the front were both amazing and I enjoyed chatting with them. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite which was nice and comfortable. The only issue is the shower is super small and after being in there 3 days we needed a real shower lol. We will def be back and highly recommend THIS Ramada 👌
