It was so easy to check in. We were in our room within minutes. A very spacious room with everything you would need: coffee, shampoo, etc. The beds were nicely made with lots of pillows. Lots of channels available on the TV. Breakfast the next morning was excellent: waffles, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, had boiled eggs, beverages - all included! We easily found a parking spot out front after returning very late in the evening. If needed, the front desk is covered 24 hours a day, but we didn't need anything. The invoice was slipped under the door at some time during the night (thank you). And it was super easy to check out: just dropped off the key.

Cozy room with exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows. Exceptional cleanliness level. Breakfast was much more than we expected for a continental. Selection was great. The sound barrier between rooms was quite good. Could hardly hear the hockey tournament players playing mini stick hockey in halls above. Didn't hear any of the late arrivals after 11;00.

Just a wee minor. Plug in bathroom didn't work. Let management know.

Location

No flexibility with check in. We arrived an hour early, and I asked if there was anyway we could just put stuff in our room. The person wouldn't entertain the idea at all, wouldn't even look to see if the room was ready, just said check in is at 3

Large rooms, lady at reception very friendly. Toilet stopped filling up with water when flushed. Man on duty came to room and after bringing some supplies to replace had fixed in no time. Our number 1 motel in Owen Sound.

Only complaint was floors not swept properly under beds. Were pulling popcorn out and other debris.

Got rooms (total of 5) on upper floor which was all ok for us except my mother who need wheel chair access.. no elevator at this location.. there should be an option at the time the booking for special need/access.

It would be nice if they could have a hospital rate, would be nice for people who have loved ones in the hospital and are from out of town It’s a stressful time and cost a lot

The location is good as there are a lot of shops nearby and only an hour and a half drive to Tobermory. There are a lot of places to visit around Owen sound like Sauble beach and Inglis falls. We stayed in a 3 family rooms with terrace where we had the chance to use the barbeque facilities and used the dinner tables outside the room. Each room has a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker so it was nice. It is definitely a good place to stay specially for family.

Due to Covid, the breakfast was only banana, yogurt and snacks. It was fine as we understand that this is done due to Covid.

The room was clean and organized. Both associates I dealt with were very friendly. They did let me know that there wasn't a kitchen anymore and the breakfast was just bagged, so I wasn't surprised by it.

Probably time they replaced the pillows. Using one was too low and trying two was too high. Bed was comfortable otherwise. Also seemed like there was a party down the hall. Other guests being quiet would have been nice.

We really liked pet-friendly policies at our hotel, our dog appreciated it too! After a day on Bruce trail it was amazing to fall asleep in those luxurious Travelodge beds which were so welcoming to our tired feet and other body parts!
