It was convenient in that we were canoeing in the Barron Canyon the next day. It was very easy to move all of our luggage in. The room was a good size. There was a descent size workout area where there were free weights and working machines. Very convenient to have a fridge and microwave. Tasty breakfast was included with a good variety. Nearby restaurants. Staff were informative and accommodating.

the check-in: I have booked 6 rooms for one night and another 5 rooms for the 2nd night, so I called the hotel 2 weeks ago to advice them to make 5 rooms for 2 nights, they agreed. however, when we check-in, the lady (chubby with very dark eyebrows) doesn’t know that. So I explained it and she was not nice and not willing to help at beginning, until I said I simply asked you to make both us easier, nothing extra. however, even in the 1st night, some rooms’s key card didn’t work, Wi-Fi internet need to reset…

the free breakfast that had many options available. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I loved the fact that there was one soft and one firm pillow. I am also pleased with the attention to detail in terms of the towels. When I travel with my family of 5 we usually only get 3 towels in the room and hve to call front desk for a 4th towel. Upon arrival it was nice to see they gave us 4 towels. The close proximity to the snowmobile trail was a bonus as well.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety & selection. Hot, 'real' & tasty food. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean & well furnished hotel & comfortable room. Loved the quality bathroom products. Pool was was very nice & quiet.

Cheaper price for low season always nice. Hot tub and or sauna always nice to have. Room keys didn't work on rear door.

The reception was welcoming, organized and helpful. The hotel room was clean as well as lobby and food areas.

The pool was not accessible by room key which meant you had to get front desk to let you in,this was ok if she was not busy with check ins or check outs. The pool had some filter debris could have been a little cleaner. In future the need a dedicated pool staff.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great selection. Thank you for having hot selections. The orange juice was excellent and really enjoyed the coffee. The associate maintains the breakfast area was friendly and kept everything full. Also enjoyed having the picnic tables outside to enjoy the late after sunshine😀

EVERYTHING! The first impression was breathtaking. I am on day 18 of a 30-day, 6000-mile adventure, and this is the ear hotel I’ve stayed in so far. The breakfast was outstanding …so any different offerings.

it was very nice setup and location and the breakfast items were great. there was lots of room for parking our 25ft travel trailer and when we were leaving the next morning the maintenance yard worker said safe travels.....

I found the pillows too soft and had to use four to get the right height and comfort....but it worked well.

Excellent, modern hotel well located by the highway. Rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. Really quiet as well. Nice size pool and fitness centre.

Was very excited that Dove products were available in the room. Bathroom was very large having blow dryer in room meant I did not have to pack one. The facility is beautiful the breakfast was amazing -such variety and every staff person i spoke with was pleasant and professional.
