The bathroom was beautifully redone. big soaker tub. this is one of the nicest hotels in Timmins. I liked the location on the main road with a view of the river. Boston Pizza was next door for quick food. parking was around the corner out of sight from the main road. breakfast in a bag to go was available as well as sit down breakfast.

it was strange that there was no towel rack to hang wet towels. it was like they forgot to add one when they redid the bathroom.

The breakfast was good. After an 8 and a half hour drive, my wife and I had arrived at the restaurant at 9:30, the bacon and scrambled eggs ran out and wasn’t topped up. I can only presume it was due to the remaining time for breakfast. Was a little disappointed but understood the circumstances.

The price was fair for the accommodation but expected it to be slightly less since it was in Timmins, Ontario.

There was lots of light in the room. Many hotel rooms are gloomy, with not many lamps, but this room had ample. We appreciated the night light near the bathroom. All hotel rooms should have this feature. The room was a very nice size.

The room was lovely and large and there was a very nice table which one could use as a desk if needed, however there was only 1 chair. We ordered take-out for dinner and it would have been nice if we could have sat up at the table to eat it.

We have stayed at a few places in Timmins and by far this was the best! Excellent value for the money. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Hampton Inn!

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool wasn't open. Understandably, they had just lifted covid restrictions and they were in the process of reopening it. Bad timing on our part.

Chairs in the room are uncomfortable, find this at most hotels. Would appreciate a comfortable place to sit especially when I am there for longer than one night.

very clean and quiet

The breakfast was ok but not great. Thin paper plates and small paper coffee cups. Real cups and plates if you were eating in the dining room or takeout containers and larger cups if you prefer to eat in your room would have been better

Breakfast was fine, some good choices. Location was good.

Wanted to use the pool but the heater wasn't working and the water was too cold to swim. Our grandsons were very disappointed. We told the front desk who said a part was on order but offered no other compensation.

The king room was beautiful

That the walls are paper thin and the cleaning staff are so loud in the mornings when cleaning.the rooms and banging things running water vacuuming talking really loud like on purpose to wake guests up so they can get out and the maids can clean their room .

The hotel was pretty much still under COVID regulations, but did a good job despite those restrictions. I felt safe while I was there, and staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and and clean. I was able to stream video with the wireless internet. Breakfast was served by an attendant on a tray that could be brought back to your room, so that was quite easy. The hot breakfast was decent. Also, there is a Boston Pizza across the parking lot and they delivered food (and a few beers) right to the front desk who called me when it arrived. Very convenient.

Breakfast was good, lots of variety and hot food was available. Bathroom was large with lots of counter space and hooks. Check in and check out was fast and the lady was very friendly.

Pillows were awful. Sign at the road was not lit so more difficult to find at night.
