The Room Appartment is awesome. It is a house with everything you need or could think of : 2 TV, 2 Air conditioning, huge space in the living room. Beautiful Bathroom and shower. It is a place that worth staying many days to enjoy and fully use what is available for you. The best place for the price from all the other Hotels I have used going around the Gaspésie visit.

The Cleaning staff, on our departure day was creating a pressure to rush us out. Knocking at the door, waiting in front of our door with all their things. Maybe they had nothing else to do than our room to finish earlier that day. All other front door people were very nice and kind.

Our King room had a small but well equipped kitchette, 2 chairs, good variety of English and French TV channels, a comfy bed and a nice shower! The reception staff was super helpful and there was a small bar with nice windows. We liked the handy access of parking at our room door. The waterfront boardwalk is a quick walk across the road.

We were impressed by the quality of the room for the price, This is a brand new motel! The room were super clean and quite fancy for the price. air conditioner, super well isolated, good price

it's a little out of carleton center you gotta walk a bit to reach carleton center but this is not really something that should stop you we are talking about a 10 min walk at most, you can see the center of carleton from the motel

Fabulous room. Large and clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a light meal. Parking was right in front of our room on the ground level which was good for my husband with minor mobility issues. Though there was no sea view, the location was very close to the water. Fast wifi, comfy chair to sit and watch TV as well as chairs outside the room to enjoy an evening beveridge.

Location was central. Kitchen was very useful and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

-No breakfast included and not many options in the area were open at the time of our stay. -Step / drop at entrance of the room should come with a warning (2-3 inches). -Closet door was closing on its own, great in theory, however not so great when trying to place items in the closet.

Modern and nicely laid rooms and complex. Nice bathroom, good shower and bath. Have not been in many motels as clean as this one. Little to no road noise or from adjacent rooms However for the price charged, I would have expected a little more e.g. breakfast

No breakfast. Suggestion to improve sun shades of the room at westside of the complex. Standard type ‘noisy’ airconditioning.

This unit was very clean# it seemed brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable & the bathroom felt very luxurious. We had a relaxing night here on the Gaspe Peninsula, if we’d had more time we would have stayed longer.

This place had everything we needed in an efficiency unit, but the decor felt more decadent than that.

Nicely updated large room with well equipped kitchen! We enjoyed having the extra space and dining area which made it feel like a small condo instead of a hotel room. Large bright bathroom! Central to everything, including a lovely beach walk. Totally recommend.

Bed was a bit hard.

As no eating facilities at Motel - a toaster in the room would have been handy

Very nice and spacious room.There was a fridge and cook top, the bathroom was big, the shower Very roomy with two shower heads. Lots of chairs for sitting and relaxing. Close to downtown and restaurants.
