Hôtel Baker

Restaurant was good, staff was nice but needed backup for busy times. Liked the sofa.

Room not really set up for handicapped person. Entry door sill was much higher than normal. Shower grab bar was loose. Not enough light in bathroom. Makeup mirror too high for person in wheelchair, Design of shower doesn't make sense. Valve was at right side of shower and shower head at the left side. Had to move back and forth to get the temp adjusted correctly. That's dangerous.

The room was quite large with a sitting area next to large windows looking out to a beautiful water view. The beds were very comfortable and the wifi and TV service was very good. There was ample parking, and the property was close to a grocery and liquor store (minutes by walking or car).

There is a theatre in the lower part of the property and the smell of popcorn permeated the hallways. I happen to like this odour, but for those who don't, it could be an issue. There was some noise from above in our room, although we were on the top floor. It wasn't too loud, but for those who require absolute quiet to sleep, it was enough to make getting to sleep somewhat difficult.

Very nice hotel,spacious rooms king size beds. Hotel appeared to have newly renovated rooms. Staff at front desk were very kind. No microwave in the room, but staff accepted to escort me to the employee lounge to heat the bottle of milk for my son. Restaurant was delicious! Enjoyed most of our meals there! *Need to reserve in advance

pricey for what is offered. No complimentary breakfast. No noticeable work out room. No indoor pool. it’s nice but… it’s missing some options to make it great. Plus…. i was kept awake by people showing up and partying in the hall at 2 AM

Nice and clean room with balcony. Friendly staff. Amazing WiFi - best ever for a hotel ! Fitness on site. Provigo and SAQ 5 min walk. Resto Brise bise 3 min walk.

They don't clean the room every day, just to know, a bit surprising for a hôtel. Was not a problem at all for us, we picked up coffee and others at the front desk. And a bit expensive ! But is Gaspésie in summer at Covid time.

The south view of the water was amazing and close to all amenities.

They need to put microwaves in their rooms for the price. The price is good but that's the only thing that's missing.

Didn’t like the lack of an elevator. For some reason we were given a handicapped accessible room (which was fine) but there was no elevator (which made it difficult to haul suitcases, etc.).

The room was very clean and it was overlooking the bay. The staff was very friendly

It was slightly overpriced for the facility provided. didn't have any swimming pool or a sauna. Breakfast was paid

The service from the réception was so perfect, we lost our watch,they shipped it back, very nice by them

The closing of the arcade but its because of the covid, there were one employee who didnt look at me when I was ordering, she was asking question to my girlfriend. She was ignoring me compare to other clients who she giving attention (from.the restaurant)

This is the best hotel in Quebec which I had booked. The reception is so nice, the room have good view and clean!

I don't like the bath room, it get wet around when you take a shower!
