Excellent location. Staff was professional, always helpful and super friendly. Continental breakfast was included and it was always fresh and staff always present to help and refill. Very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. They have a car charging port for electric cars on location free of charge. Will surely return. We loved it.

Spacious, clean, love the dove products

No water bottle fill station however staff allowed me to fill it up from their kitchen sink. Woman worker at the breakfast station kept asking if i and my kids were going to eat all our food . It was insulting. We ate all we took and did not waste any however, it felt as if she was judging us. Very uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent, including breakfast. Never expected such perfection in a small town hotel. I traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels, some good, some bad, some average, but this hotel was impeccable. I was really impressed.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The location was perfect and historic when one learns about the tragic train accident in 2013. The lake is two very short blocks from the hotel and every direction you walk when leaving the hotel, there are wonderful art sculptures making your walk even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were wonderful and took immediate care of any questions, issues or concerns.

A budget hotel done right. It's clear they've spent the money on the right things and haven't spent on extra stuff that wouldn't be needed/expected. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean.

The breakfast was okay but not enough options.

The location was exceptional, and the continental breakfast was perfect. Located close to restaurants and tourist stations for all the information you need.

Not a thing, met all of our expectations, and then some.

The hotel is located right in the Center of Lac Megantic. The fridge and microwave were useful for us! Everything was very clean. Including the breakfast was very appreciated.

The room was very small. although they used the space as efficiently as possible, I have to admit that I was expecting more space for the price.

It really has exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff and good value for money. Located right next to a park where you can contemplate a beautiful sunset on the Mégantic lake.

The location is the best at Lac-Mégantic. The place was immaculately clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Parking was convenient, and the room was spacious.

Not the place's fault, but I find newer Microtels overly designed. The coloured peg theme feels a bit sterile and repetitive. I don't think that will age well.
