Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious. We also booked a banquet room for a meeting. The room was large and staff accommodated our needs.
Some staff were vaccuuming near the conference room when they knew it was booked. Had to close the doors and then it got a hot in the room. Other than that everything was great.

Everything was on point , clean polite staff took care of anything you asked for.
Kids from the hockey tournament were on the 3rd floor but should've been on the 1st , very noisy until 2am , when i told the young lady at the desk she went to see the right away and took care of it . But all in all it was a great stay , thank you

The staff was very friendly. Appreciated that one of the staff spoke English and told me the history behind the hotel and the Bistro He also recommended a restaurant nearby since the Bistro had already closed. Very quiet and awesome view from my window

I really like the whole vibe here, everyone is really friendly. Wish I could have stayed a little longer, but I will definitely come back.
This time around, the bed was really hard. Also the soaps werent put into the pumps. Its a little detail though. Still good.

The food at the restaurant was very expensive. But it was great quality. Also, on the king bed there were only 3 standard size pillows… a king bed should have more pillows.

My fridge was dirty the knob had fallen off and it froze everything I put in it. The bathrooms need updated with new sinks. More options for food delivery - the hotel restaurant was always super busy and understaffed.

It was a really great stay. We stayed for the Dog Derby on the weekend of Feb 18 weekend. We stayed 3 nights and it was amazing.
