The breakfast was included and that is always a plus. The staff was attentive, friendly and ready to answer any questions. My cousins and I arrived on the tail end of team that was with you so it was very busy and the staff was on top of keeping things cleaned and restocked. We were grateful for that. The location was right off to the side of the front desk and that made it very convenient.

For me with mobility issues, it was cold and the parking is in the rear so we had to offload the car at the front because that was the only elevator. I say this because my cousin he doesn’t like to drive in snow had to park the car because I could not walk up the stairs from the rear.

Everything was very clean from the room to the pool to the breakfast.

The only small thing we didn't love was the bed wasn't hat comfortable, we had the room with two double bed and the sofa bed. The sofa bed was really comfortable but the mattresses on the double beds were not made for adults. We would have slept on the sofa bed but our small kids kept trying to open the door and the sofa bed was the farthest bed from the door. Other then that we had a great stay the kids said they want to go back they really liked the pool.

This hotel was top notch in every way. The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful giving us maps to downtown Quebec City and the location of the best parking. Our rooms were perfect and very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. The hotel is very well insulated and no noise from anywhere even when people must have been walking down the hall. The morning hot breakfast was great and all you could want and the gentleman manning the breakfast area was super nice and efficient. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for getting off the highway and then 15 minute drive to Old Quebec city. Glad we changed our booking from staying right in the heart of old Quebec to this place.

Breakfast included was a huge bonus and was really good, hotel was clean, room was clean and staff were friendly! Room is spacious, clean and had everything we needed! Honestly I had no issues and would return in the future. It's close to the highway so going places isn't hard and there is a couple of places to eat, a convenience store and a gas station across the road and beside the hotel! Highly accessible.

It was odd taking a shower without a shower curtain and so we had a lot of water on the floor from it, obviously this was a continuous issue cause there was a massive crack in the floor tiles. Not a big deal but should be taken care of in the future to prevent leaks in the suite below.

The property and the room were very clean. The wifi speed was of good quality. The staff was courteous. I had a pleasant experience.

What I did not like was the long walk I had to do to access the room I was allotted. The property has an elevator close to the front entrance, which was quite clean. I think they could have given me a better room, but intentionally they settled me at the back end...perhaps, I made my booking through a website...that might be the reason. Or maybe something else...

Rooms were good. Comfortable beds. The shower is like it is therapeutic,awesome pressure. Nice staff.breakfast is nice. But ends sharp at 10 am. So make sure to be on time.. They have a policy of changing linen every 3rd day but the staff lady at the reception said to let them know if we needed anything.since we were with our kids and staying for 2 nights.

This hotel looks new and very clean! I love the bed too. The suite room can accommodate up to 6 adults / family which is good. Mcdonalds is just across the street. Plus, it is spacious! Really love the shower! The temperature was just perfect. American breakfast is available, which is a plus. Will definitely go back to this hotel whenever we go to Quebec.

The breakfast area could be a little crowded when its late, so better to get down for breakfast earlier.

location was very good , close access to highways and downtown. very good breakfast, front desk was kind and allowed us early check in, very reasonable price, in general I recommend this hotel

I did not like that they do not do daily’s room housekeeping, so only before the check-in and after check-out. one night I asked for a bedsheet and a cover, and they didn't get me any and asked me to wait until the second day, which was a little bit disappointed

The pool water was cold. Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Noticed there was a spill under the bed so the floor was sticky. Also, bathroom walls near the sink should be wiped down, there was splatters and toothpaste splatters from the previous occupant.

The hotel is in good location, clean and comfortable. The rooms are big and the high ceiling is a plus.

The crowdedness at the breakfast area has to be changed. The guy at that area is very rude to some customers and I found it a little too much impolite to the miniority groups. I notecid in two different days with a different ethnical groups. Need to add more of ice despenser
