Le Dauphin St-Hyacinthe

Nice hotel, we liked the room without carpets (yay!), big bathroom with a big shower. I expected the computer to be a part of staging, but it was actually there - a nice surprise! We loved the dimmable lights in room and bathroom. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

We came to the breakfast (served until 11am) at 9:45am and the kitchen staff told us the butter was gone. 10 minutes later as we were finishing our breakfast the butter magically appeared. I felt the staff in the breakfast room was unhappy about their work. All food items should be added until the breakfast is served.

Really awesome hotel. Great attention to detail, everything was spotlessly clean. Friendly staff that spoke English and took care of all our requests, e.g. provided an extra mattress and bedding for our kid. Room has a computer free for guests to use! There was also a big-screen TV with Netflix, etc. The shower is really good with a flexible shower head on a hose (seems to be rare in hotels). Breakfast was really tasty (great chocolate croissant-like things!)

Breakfast could really use a meat component, e.g. just add bacon and it would be perfect.

The hotel has been recently renovated so appeared modern on the inside. Rooms were very well appointed and large enough to fit a family of four very comfortably with the Hotel providing an additional cot/z-bed. Plenty of power accessible power sockets and terrific wifi which is critical when travelling with teenagers. Breakfast was great with vacated table being cleaned and readied quickly. Staff were very helpful and even steered us to attend the rodeo (yes rodeo in suburban Montreal) that was on while we were there.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The only fault we found was some dust under one of the beds when it was moved to make more room for the cot that was provided by the hotel

Beds could be more comfortable. Shower was good but floor was dangerously slippery. Sink looked great but was too tall for average height person. In todays world of multiple electronics there needs to be better electrical outlets by the bed. This room had one buried under the headboard behind bedside table that only gave access to one of the 2 plug spaces in the outlet- after unplugging the clock! No complimentary breakfast.

Perfect location, easy access to the beautiful Jardins Daniel Séguin, the indoor Market & Old St-Hyacinthe with its many quaint boutiques, charming!

The room had been renovated, the King bed was very comfortable but the shower really needs to be regrouted, making it look dirty…Also in the room the slate floor gives the same impression Too bad because the hotel was actually very clean and the staff very hospitable!

The King suite room had a mini fridge and it was very clean.

We made a reservation for 2 adults and 1 kid and we only had 1 bed. It says that 4 adults could sleep in this bedroom. I don't see that being valid. Another thing we didn't like is the fact that you can see the person taking a shower from the room. No privacy. The lighting in the bathroom is not ideal to do your makeup.

The location was absolutely perfect for what our needs were

The continental breakfast was included which is a nice touch. However the variety was lacking. No options for proteins but plenty of carbs available. Would have loved to see some sausages and bacon as an option.

The bed was conformtable, and windows provided a lot of light. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious for 2. Look was modern. It was a pleasant stay.

One recommendation would be to provide option for softer lighting. The dimmer of the light over the bed was too bright.

Our car broke down on the highway on a Sunday with everything closed. The front desk at this hotel found us a room (even though there was a cheerleading tournament in town). It was beautiful and clean. The rate also included breakfast. Thank you for helping us during a stressful time. The staff and facility are amazing.

Large spacious room, perfect location for my visit. Simple check in/out experience. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast.

The TV was not connected to the internet so could access all the usual streaming apps. But I wasn't there to watch TV so it didn't impact on me too much.
