Auberge Hotel Spa Watel

Pleasantly surprised by this lovely stay. The room was great and the staff were so nice. Was on a trip solo with my toddler and so REALLY appreciated the access to netflix and youtube and the pool, didn't get to try out the hot tubs but excited to do that next time when I'm not alone with the little one (who didn't want to go to the tubs). Although it was a beginning of winter dreary weather time of year where we didn't really get to take advantage of all the amenities and surroundings I can tell that it must be amazing during warmer times with the beach view and access and access to indoor and outdoor tubs and pool.

The Keurig coffee maker in our room was fussy and didn't work but to be honest it actually got us to go to the reception where they offered free coffee and were so lovely with my child while we relaxed in the lounge "playing" chess. So it actually was a nice blessing in disguise!

The pool is simply amazing. As a matter of fact, we went for the pool! It's not a huge one but it is offers warm water. The jacuzzis in place are enough even when the hotel it's at its full capacity. We were saddened to find out that they do not have their restaurante anymore and that they turned the restaurant into 3 more suites. That restaurant was amazing.

We decided to extend our stay one more night before our arrival, arriving on a Friday instead of the Saturday as we firstly planned. we extended the reservation using the the booking webpage because the whole reservation was made through them. Upon arrival, the receptionist could not find our name in the list. I told them about the extension and they realized that Booking had failed to notify this extension. Luckily we were placed in another room for the night, and we finally got to stay there for the rest of the stay.

Comfortable room, good shower pressure, spas were easy to use (no reservation required) and worked well. No fresh food but plenty of vending machines. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay

the entrance of the rooms they put tables for each front of room’s, some people make noise when you are resting inside , and no body noticed.

the fact that the access to the hot tub was closed after 4pm we had to go around the hotel to get to them.. also that there was no food on site.. we had to order or go out to eat

love the amenities, really a steal for the price , and the beds and pillows are so comfortable!!!

I didn’t like how up it is, it’s beautiful in terms of view , and probably perfect for summer , but the accessibility the second there’s a little bit of snow or ice is pretty dangerous. but the staff was extremely helpful with that

We had brought our own breakfast and lunch foods. The pool and whirlpool baths were great! The pool area was clean and comfortable.

It was all great all except the size of the room and the wash sink was outside the bathroom. Other than that ok .

Staff was great, friendly , helpful. Too bad restaurant wasn't open on Monday's or Tuesdays but understandable with a lack of staff. They really need to change the mattress though. We were on first floor and the mattress was horrible. That is the only thing negative I can stay and would be the only reason I would not return other then that the hotel was great.

If you're looking to take rest and enjoy your days and nights this is the place. So beautiful, cozy and clean and staff are awesome Highly recommended and for sure I'll go there next time

The room was great, but we picked this hotel for the pool, steam bath and multiple hot tubs!! The hot tub area was beautiful. I even liked that sliding puck game in the front. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed in our room in the 200 section was awful. The mattress bent in the middle and was wayyyyy too soft or worn down. I didnt sleep well the first night because of this unfortunately.
