Irene…the lady in charge of the breakfast was amazing! Not only was she super organized and had everything perfect, she was always friendly, smiling and so efficient. She deserves a big bonus for dealing with large group!

Only had paper cups in room…. Not great for a glass of wine. Shower is very loud, waking us up when a member of our group had a shower.

The hotel room was super clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the room all in all was 10/10. The breakfast was also an excellent touch, I will definitely stay here again when I pass through.

This hotel doesn't have anything to not like.... in my 2 weeks of traveling, this hotel was by far the best one.

Good location and easy to access. Staff were extremely friendly! Kids loved the pool area and water slide. Beds were comfortable

Rooms are a bit smaller so a family of four filled up the space pretty fast, but I feel that’s usually the case for the Microtel brand.

The person in charge with breakfast is accommodating and polite. She even encourage us to eat with everything available and recommends us to ask to get more if we like

the pillows are a little compress and big for me. But so far, my husband likes it.

Everything, except that I was charged extra night, I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. On the first 2 nights, I was charged extra night. Can you make that correction for me. Other than that everything was fine.

No restaurant serve for lunch and supper, would have been better to eat there 3 meals per day depending on the number of nights staying there. Especially if someone doesn’t have a vehicle to drive around. I had to go pick up my meals to eat.

I forgot my cellular in one of the rooms. and they emailed me once they have found my iPhone, I have been staying at other hotels and I was usually lied to for other important stuff I forgot. but I wouldn’t mind stay in this hotel again. it’s more quiet than other hotels.

The beds are amazing. I didn't get a chance to hit the pool or hot tub, but that's okay. Conveniently a few minutes walk from hotel to SQDC. Definitely recommend this place.

Only complaint was the noisy lady next to my room who allowed her kids to run around up and down the hall, run around in the room, and constantly mess around jiggling the doorknob to the joined room. Given I had to be up at 330am, I wasn't super impressed. However, that is a persons respect and not actually a fault on the hotels part. Will continue coming back as I do like this place.

very modern, very friendly staff, pool and fitness room were also very nice

breakfast was average, it looked like they had forgot to vacuum or didn’t control it before we checked in, there were fruit pits and mini toys on the carpet

My son and I enjoyed the pool, water slide & hot tub! We enjoyed staying on the ground floor as the rooms were very quiet. I will definitely come back soon!

Location was great

The only thing that kept me up was dog barking at night & early morning down the hallway where we stayed
