Bear Claw Casino & Hotel

The location is somewhat remote, 13 km away from nearest small town. The landscaping around the building is dreary even though it's set in a beautiful location in Moose Mt, Sk. The complimentary breakfast was very good, comfortable bed, roomy room, friendly staff.

The pillows on the bed were too much, very uncomfortable, sore neck in morning. Blow dryer didn't work rm 104. Parking lot rough, hard on suitcase rollers, and landscaping unkempt.

The staff are so friendly. They are doing a great job. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the area is quiet and enjoyable.

I would like to see a stand fan in the gym area. The wall air conditioner fan does not circulate the air very well. A stand fan would allow me to position the fan on my workout area and allow me to enjoy my workout more. Right now the gym room gets too hot and I cannot workout in there very long because it is too hot.

Lovely, quiet & clean property. Do not let the casino part dissuade you from staying. The casino has its own entry & is separate. The room are very comfortable & quiet (just make sure the alarm isn’t set too early). Good restaurant with a variety of fare. The breakfast in the morning is more than adequate and includes a breakfast sandwich.

Great location, friendly staff.

On this trip we needed a wheelchair accessible room. The room is not very accessible to a solo individual in a wheelchair. The room door had a ledge to roll over. The room door should have an automatic opener button for door assistance. My mom could not roll her wheelchair and open the door independently which is a huge personal risk in case of emergency. The tub is not walk in nor is it a walk in shower. The charging plugs are hard to access from a wheelchair.

Staff are really friendly and the price was great.

Only had apple for fruit for breakfast, due to my medical diet I wasn't able to eat anything but apples. I think adding oranges and bananas would be perfect, as there were a lot of other options.

The Fact that there was inlyboneclight switch forbthe whole bathroom. There needs to beca swithch so only one small lught comes in at night. A bar at the end of the jacuzzi tub so people can climb out withoutvslipping

Everything from the location tonight property to the room cleanliness. Washroom essentials were great. Room was clean.

The cigarette smoke smell when we first got into the lobby.

The room was great. My pet was right at home and so was I. The food was awesome. Every meal I had was very well prepared. The two mature lady servers were spectacular! They never stopped.
