Canalta Kindersley

Everything was clean and the room was cool when we entered. Not stuffy or with any smells. The parking lot was sort of full but we saw or heard no one except at the pool and for breakfast.

Would have liked 2 boxes of Tissues (picking I know). Every time we used the elevator it reeked of cigarette smoke. House coat would have been nice to wear walking down to the pool. In order to enter the pool you had to use your swipe card which was obvious for the next time. We were not the only ones who were confused in how to get in as we saw others from a distance have the same difficulty. The card had to be held for a few moments.

Check in was very easy, the receptionist was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, a decent size and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good and having Boston Pizza just over the road was really helpful, as we didn't get to the hotel until late at night and we were able to go and get some food.

I liked that the hotel is quite new. I liked the breakfast and the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast was cold; a microwave was used to warm up my plate, but warming dishes for the eggs and waffles could be provided. A darker window covering would be helpful so we don’t wake up at the crack of dawn. A nice touch would be a few bottles of water in the fridge of the room, unless Covid restricts that of course.

The price did not match my expectations when I booked this property - it exceeded them! There was always someone at reception to offer help and they were consistently pleasant and friendly. The room was excellent.... large, comfortable, well laid out, with everything I needed for my visit. I would not hesitate to book at this Canalta again.

It's a great hotel to overnight at when travelling across the prairies. It offers an excellent breakfast with lots of variety and the rooms are clean and modern. Bonus.... If you get up early enough, you will be treated to a spectacular sunrise.

The access road from the main highway is a bit rough. Short, but rough.

My daughter's enjoyed the short time that they got to spend in the games room. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was also sound proof, we didn't hear anyone else.

They only thing I didnt like, was were the shower shelf was located in the shower

Great stay- booked the same day and still got a good price. Really like the pool and the gym. While the buffet was closed, they had someone working "to order" in the breakfast area, so we could still get a nice hot breakfast. The hotel is just a bit out of town, but shares a parking lot with Boston Pizza. Room was clean, would stay there again.

We stayed in the queen suite with kitchenette. Fantastic room, it was spacious, comfy, nicely decorated and fireplace made it homey. Nice having so much room. Staff is very friendly! Hot breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again 😀

Fridge area smelled of mildew, needs to be pulled from wall and entire area thoroughly cleaned.

Rooms were large, comfortable, quiet. Pool was good temperature, clean, reservation system in place for COVID crowd control. We thought the games room was very fun. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Bedding was thin, not a huge deal we just turned up the heat. This wasn't a problem for us but others might want to know... it's kind of outside of town and not close to anything. Besides the 1 restaurant in the parking lot, nothing is in walking distance.

Great entertainment for the children! Friendly staff. The receptionist even gave our three children each a chocolate, juice box and packet of chips when we left.

The beds are very squeaky and not very comfortable.
