The pool was heated, and the hot tubs were closed for maintenance, but the pool was like 3 degrees off the hot tub. Everything was clean. The staff were always visible and helped politely for anything needed. Never had to search or wait for someone to appear. The rooms were quiet enough that noisey guests disappeared once they got into their rooms beside us. The breakfast is a real breakfast 😋 pancake and waffle maker, coffee station. Eggs, bacon, toast, muffins juice all of it and wasn't cheaped out at all.

Great, very clean accommodation and friendly, efficient staff! Although we didn't have the time to use the pool and hot tubs, that looked really good and we wish we've had the time to use it; a very nice specialty! Breakfast was excellent and the hostess Olena was terrific and super-efficient; compliments! The breakfast area was very clean, and there was a great selection of foods and drinks. Above expectation! Overall, very good value for money and highly recommended!

The pet friendly rooms have a bit of an odour . Our room was also soiled by a pet from the previous guest which hadn't been cleaned up but we were moved to a clean room by the manager which was not normally pet friendly so our stay was nice . Great staff!

Pet friendly rooms should be thoroughly inspected before putting another guest in there.

The Gold Eagle was easy to locate. We checked in early with no problems and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with advice on local trails. Although not part of the Gold Eagle, the casino next door had really, really good food, cooked exactly as requested. The Allen Sapp Gallery in North Battleford allowed us to look through the gallery even though we got there right at closing time.

Nothing negative to say. Everything was great and the stay definitely exceeded my expectations for a short mid-week stay.

Beautiful facility. Modern, clean, great amenities such as stream room, dry sauna, pool. The hot tubs were down unfortunately, and the weight room is slightly better than a home gym. The room is awesome!! Super comfy bed, lots of pillows!!

It would be nice to know when booking that the hot tubs were not working. I am nit picking.

The room was not that clean, it gave us a wierd feeling.Like under the sheets, and the outside window looks like someone had spit on it alot??

A very clean and lovely accommodation! The beds and the linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! Very friendly staff! There is a casino next door which has state of the art slot machines and roulette. The restaurant was fabulous!We would definitely stay again.

Was traveling through the area and after a long day driving, check in was quick and friendly. The room was a generous size, clean and the bed was so comfortable.i had a much needed great sleep. In the morning breakfast had varieyy of things to choose from and the lady attending that room was so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for a great stay! I would highly recommend staying here while traveling through.

I liked the steam room and the saltwater pool very much. The room itself was great and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The ad, here on booking.com, said parking wasn't available, but there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel.

Had a little issue with the tv, but I did get it going after going through the settings and noticing the input was set to the wrong one. I am 6' 1" and found the showerhead to be a little low but it wasn't that big of a deal.

I was stranded without a vehicle for two days so the location was perfect next to the casino. It provided meals in the restaurant and entertainment to pass the time. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
