I was here about 9 years ago, it was a good central location to meet family. Staff were very accommodating then and still are. Pool area is starting to show it's age, rust stains on deck. My family visited and enjoyed the pool with me.

The pool attendant put the chemicals directly into the pool which resulted in my adult son and 10 year old grand son getting chemical burns on their face and in their eyes.

The pool was a nice size and the had a water slide and hot tub, facilities looked clean and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of choices. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool towells were continually stocked.

The elevator was quite small and the rug in the elevator needed cleaning and had a musty odor in the elevator. The keurig in my room was a bit difficult to get to work at first...the lid on the top kept popping open

The spacious room and good breakfast. the bacon was very good

There was only warm water in the shower- not hot. The squeeze dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower are quite difficult to squeeze. There was no conditioner in the dispenser. There are no grab bars in the shower. we travel a lot and increasingly find that tub showers have grab rails as tubs are dangerous for showers regardless on one’s age. The vinyl on the chairs in the breakfast room have peeled. This creates a very shabby and grimy look in an otherwise modern looking hotel.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in room. Queen suite had nice kitchenette. Breakfast offerred different options.

One staff member wouldn't answer my questions when I called front desk, he didnt seem comfortable in his role. I don't think he knew how to work the computer as he wouldn't let my daughter pay for the items she wanted to buy with her own money, but let her charge them to my credit card without any verification. All other staff were excellent and very professional.

Overall the stay was great and fit the needs for our stay. Comfy beds and overall the room was great for our short stay. The breakfast had a good selection.

Would be nice to have access to a water filtration and or water fountain to refill the water bottle, as opposed to having to buy non environmental friendly bottled water.

The hotel is one the best hotels I have stayed, from checking in to checking out, breakfast and facilities are good, beds are very comfortable and everything is clean 👌.

The only thing is the internet is very slow, keeps dropping out, at least if you will use their internet otherwise is all good

The room and bed was very clean and comfy. the food was excellent lots of options and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The pool area needs an upgrade, it wasn’t as clean as I expected and too dark at night, there’s no liquid soap in the bathroom only bar soap that is hard on the skin. For a 4star hotel they should have a nicer soap, I love the lotion though.

The location was great ! We needed a lot of space to park our truck and boat trailer and that was no problem ! We had not expected to have a kitchen in our room and it was very nice ! The rooms were modern and very clean ! The tv was large and easy to use and the bed was very comfortable ! Our breakfast was a pleasant surprise with warm food with a lot of things to choose from ! The staff were very friendly! We will definitely be back again !

after a small hiccup, everything was resolved great. I received a text msg from the front desk asking how was my room etc . it was truly appreciated. very clean

water was warm in the evening ( in the shower) but that’s probably bc many people were taking shower at the same time tho .

I like the people! they are there to help and are very good at what they do.

I don’t usually comment on cleanliness but I will mention that room 310 has a splatter of something on the wall below the TV along with a very dusty dirty hanging cord right below the TV screen. In these times it’s probably not a good look for this hotel. I am a frequent visitor with work & will continue to be.
