The room was nice and clean

When we arrived we couldn't get in the hotel. We had to wait till someone comes downstairs to go out so we can get inside. Because there was no agent at the front office. There's a note on the front door that tells you to connect to internet and send them a text message if there isn't anybody. But just imagine you came from a long flight with so many luggages and tired and now you have to wait outside the hotel for more than 30 min up to one hour. The front office agent should know how to professionally handle every situation even if he's tired. Or maybe hire someone to help him instead. It's better to name it a self service hotel

Not sure about the other negative reviews, but I can only speak to my experience, and it was amazing. Check in was smooth once the staff sent me the access code for my keys. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Other than when I checked in, there was always staff at the front desk. Tarimar was very helpful during my stay and went above and beyond to help me get to the airport on time. He was exceptional. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was very comfy. There were some noise since the room faced the main street and there's a balcony but I slept fine. Plenty of storage and a comfy couch to enjoy. Shower pressure was good and hot water was plentiful. AC and wifi was great. While my room did not have a microwave or fridge, all of these appliances can be found on the main floor. There is even a complimentary hot beverage machine that has some good coffee. Location is close to many shops, restaurants and a supermarket across the street. Also very easy to find. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again.

Pot light in washroom needs to be adjusted. Would also have been nice to have a TV in my room for some streaming. Other than that my only suggestion is to send the access code with instructions to the clients 24hrs before check in if possible as I understand you're understaffed

The hotel is in town. You can get by without a car as there is much happening nearby. The room is OK if not a bit small. Wifi was good. There is not a comfortable chair in the room and no way to make tea or coffee. There is a balcony that has chairs. Bathroom is good. There is daily room cleaning.

Checking in can be difficult as there is no one there most of the time. They leave your key at the desk. You can enter the hotel with a phone scan or by calling the number displayed outside the door. If your good with using your phone it should be OK.

The hotel is in walking distance of shops,reataurants,supermarkets. The room was very clean and it was great having a balcony with extra chairs also. Even at night you can walk because there's enough streetlight.

It was a bit odd to communicate through whatsapp with the lobby. There wasn't always a person at the frontdesk. When you arrive at a hotel you expect a person greeting you. I must say that messages were answered prompt though.

Loose shower head holder, plastic table on which a mini fridge stands takes away from the experience. Check in procedure took a while, because nobody was at the lobby. Apparently the staff thought everyone checked in for the day, and left for home. All got sorted out in the end. I was able to get the WiFi password and call staff, he showed up promptly and checked me in

there wasnt any breakfast . it looks like they have some renovations going on . no problem with that .

they did not have a small bottle of shampoo in the room . seven hours after i mentioned it someone brought some . i told her i already bought some across the street. another guest told me he had to ask for another towel because there was one towel for he and his wife .

Price. Room was very nice.

Oftentimes staff not present at reception desk. Had to leave hand-written notes. When I did contact them and made clear my requests then they were very helpful. Just had to get over the language and Island-time hurdles. Staff spoke excellent English.

It was a big room with a little balcony and a little fridge. An easy walk to the water but nice to be slightly away from all the busy area. Also a big grocery store just across the road. Staff wad very pleasant and helpful.

Old and not trendy, by any stretch but doesn't charge $250 a night either. It looked like they put women on the first floor and men on the second floor. The location is close to the central action. The manager was always accommodating and ordered taxis when I needed them. The immediate neighborhood isn't fancy but the denizens are kind and considerate. The grocery store across the way has everything you need, including electronics.

For the price, I can't complain about anything. My room wasn't cleaned every day.

we just had an overnight stay but it is definitely worth it to stay there longer. the room is clean and the balcony with two chairs is nice to have. the staff is really friendly and there is a supermarket directly across the street. also the city is 5 min. walking. For what we paid for, I absolutely recommend.
