Wonderful staff! Great location on a quiet street downtown with easy access on foot to all the sights. Excellent and plenty breakfast. Big secure parking area in connection with the hotel. Warm shower.

No wifi in our room. Not the most comfortable beds. The place was a bit run down (but clean). A school class stay at the hotel one night during our stay. They ran around the hotel, shouting and slamming the doors all afternoon and late into the night without the staff intervened.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to locate the driver in whose car we left our backpack, and made suggestions on how to retrieve it.

The water of shower was weak, and it took a long time to turn hot. The door was a little stuck and it took some time to close it. Depending on the time, it could be a bit noisy at night.

The receptionist was great! She made sure that we got everything we needed. She explained since our check-in all the important information: time for breakfast, check-in, check-out, Wi-Fi connection, etc. My kids and I loved "breakfast." Everything they had for us to eat was nice and fresh.

Extreme kindness of the receptionist Jacqueline made us stay here! Good location, good parking space for my big car. Cleanliness of room.

The evening staff was welcoming and helpful. The room and bathroom were ample and very clean. Breakfast was basic but complete.

The parking was good. Secure for our motorbikes. Breakfast was ok. There was hot water.

We arrived 30 minutes early and couldn’t check in until 3pm. Fair enough I guess but the lady wouldn’t even start the process. At 3pm on the dot we were allowed to hand over our passports for check in and we were then told that the room wasn’t ready. We waited an hour and were shown to the room, only to find the cleaning process hadn’t even begun! We waited another thirty minutes! On booking there were still rooms available and so there must have been another room they could have given us. We were in biking clothes and needed to shower and change before going out anywhere. We lost the whole afternoon waiting. Listing says sockets by the bed but there were no sockets anywhere near the beds. There were two the other side of the room. Balcony door didn’t lock. No control for the air con. They didn’t even give us the room we booked. We wanted a double room with two double beds as stated but we got a triple room. The bigger bed was very soft and not very comfortable. The smaller bed was a single. We’d booked two double beds. We were so tired by the time we got in the room and realised we hadn’t got what we booked that we couldn’t be bothered to go back to reception and argue to change it. Maybe the room we had booked would have been ready and we wouldn’t have had to wait almost two hours… 🤷🏻‍♀️ A really disappointing first night in Chile. We really had expected better with such good reviews. We had a reasonable discount through booking but kind of wish we’d spent a little more and gone somewhere better. We’ve been in hundreds of hotels in our 15 months of being on the road and this was by far the worst reception we’d had. Unfortunately it set the tone and tainted the rest of our visit (we had booked two nights). Second day at breakfast they had run out of boiled eggs. Breakfast had only started half an hour before we got there. The ladies were run off their feet serving a huge bus party and said they couldn’t boil any more but could do scrambled.
