Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Hotel restaurant was the best food option. We had a better meal there than the Volcano Steakhouse. Friendly, professional staff. Javier in the restaurant was very helpful.

Except for the hotel restaurant the food options are not great and nothing else very close. Otherwise an excellent choice and value close to Ruta 5.

Spacious room, impeccable cleanliness (nothing to complain about). Swimming pool with heated water and the possibility of booking a sauna and jacuzzi. Great hotel for a few days!

Had so many steps to get into the casino, scanned passports about 5 times in the short period of time we stayed there.

Nice room, pretty clean, big (above average size), staff very friendly. Location for me was good, that was in need to be close to outgoing roads. If you are looking for shopping, restaurants , bars and etc, there may be other choices. Beside the hotel is part of a Casino complex with some rest inside (but 10000 pesos entrance!!), easy to go.

Just a detail about the shower was in need of f few maintenance

Sadly both times I have booked in this place, rooms allocated for Booking.com travellers had a terrible back view to an AC roof instead of the beatiful front view to the lagoons and park, of front rooms across the corridor.

Outstanding breakfast and staff was nice. It's a small hotel so that makes parking and distances very accesible. Furniture and decoration is brand new and modern. Lobby bathrooms and overall hotel was always sparkling clean.

Well, a few things with room for improvement: both the security box and television never worked. You cannot open the window (only a glass) and the air condition could not be set on cool to try to refresh the room's air.

Very clean and modern hotel with friendly staff. We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and the internet worked very well. We were also impressed with the quality of the food in the restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.

The hotel was a little expensive in terms of what we have experienced in Chile, but it was a very nice hotel.

Suite was really nice and spacious with own spa in bedroom and large livingroom as well. Big bathroom was also really good with two sinks.

We made reservation to sauna and spa the day before. Next morning we went to spa. There was no staff and saunas were cold! That was really disappointment because we had reservation and we were waiting for sauna.

Everything, place amd sorrounding are amazing. Easy access and great facilities. Tasty food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

I would love to have a bit more information about facilities at the check in, it was ok but I felt a bit unsure of some info.
