Our experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. Maria (the Manager) provided exceptional customer service and was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Maria even gave us a lift to the starting point of a hike we were doing outside Futaleufu, and helped us with transport at the end of our stay. A truly wonderful person who deserves recognition for her work. The hotel facilities were excellent. The room was lovely and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had requested a quiet room and Maria met that request. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, delicious scrambled eggs and lemon meringue pie.
There is nothing about our stay that we didn't like. It's a wonderful hotel and we would highly recommend it as the place to stay in Futaleufu.

This place was amazing! the decoration in rustic style was very appropriate for the area and beautifully done to detail. María José and her mom were excellent host. they went above and beyond with recommendations of where to go and places to eat. we are very please with the service and would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to anyone.
The beautiful details, very clean rooms with good quality sheets and amazing service.

The room is very spacious and the breakfast was excellent. There is a self-service laundry room (we didn't know about until after checkout)
The bathtub is small and hard to get in and out.

Everything is amazing about this place ! A mini resort in the middle of the village ! Rooms are amazing, super clean, super comfy! Great decor. You feel like home. Delicious breakfast and restaurant!

Friendly hotel with clean comfortable rooms. The beds are great and the breakfast is even better. The courtyard is really peaceful and it is within walking distance to other things in the town.
