The Loft Pucon is wonderful. I highly recommend. It is very clean and comfortable. Parking is included which is fantastic as parking in the city is expensive and challenging. We stayed for two nights. Once we arrived, we left our car parked and walked everywhere. It is a 10-minute walk to the downtown area. Easy. We thoroughly enjoyed and felt very safe in the gated location. The owners are extremely friendly and very helpful offering ideas as to wear to eat and hike.

Recently remodeled and excellently done European style. Very good job. Owner on site. His office help is a sweetheart! Love the pellet burning stove.
It can not be improved in any meaningful way. The place is excellent.

Location - very close to restaurants and other turistic attractions. Clean facilities (Towels were super soft ) and very responsive staff
The beds and bathroom are on a second floor, so this is not a location for those with limited mobility or that have difficulties going upstairs.
