New World Beijing Hotel

Everything was excellent this is a real 5 star hotel the breakfast is 5 star and the crew. i want to thank especially to ms. hanna that was in the residence club and to fisher from the front desk and to the responsabile of the house keeping that helped us with the train tickets this hotel is an excellent hotel and around you can find alot of shopping Malles and things to do. the room are big with a beautiful design and there are new samsung tv in the camera

there is not much to not like but i can offer some improvet 1. put more international continental choise in the breakfast 2. add more vaeiaty and open the club residence for more than 30 min the hotel is 5 stars over all and so does the people i named. the wifi should be improved because it can be faster and with better latency.

Philip was extremely helpful at reception, with information on local highlights and how to order food (as the hotel restaurants and room service had finished). The female colleague I dealt with at check in was also extremely helpful. I also enjoyed an excellent and varied breakfast in the morning. The swimming pool and gym were quiet and very clean, I also enjoyed the superb sauna and steam room.

Perhaps the buffet restaurant could open later, as I was limited in my options for dinner after 630pm/7 pm. I would recommend a cold plunge pool/ice bath in the Spa if possible!

Great hotel at Beijng that is close to many lively areas. Greatly recommend it.

This was my first time in China in many years. New World did not disappoint at all, from the checkin in experience to the automatic curtains in the room - I loved every minute. Rooms are very well appointed and oversized - ample room to lay your shopping around, bed was very very comfortable and the bathrooms with bathtub was great. Facilities were great for a hotel, the gym had all you need for a thorough workout and the pool which i didn't get a chance to use (i regret) was huge. You can tell this hotel really cares about cleanliness - there wasn't one thing I could nitpick about the hygiene. Also book the buffet dinner, it's an absolute treat - huge spread of all sorts of food! Hotel is in a prime location, infront of a bus stop, 500 or so meters from the train stations and close to main attractions via taxis. Really glad i picked New World for my stay, it made my experience unforgettable and I will definitely be back!

Absolutely nothing! Only very minor thing is there wasn't any convenience stores close by but that's not the hotels fault! Would be much easier if you can order food etc to the hotel via delivery apps - i just didn't know how :)

Outstanding customer service, the staff looked after me and nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was comfortable. The front reception desk was extremely helpful with any questions I had and they were always smiling and welcoming. The fact that the hotel also had a variety of travellers- families as well as solo travellers was an indication of inclusivity and the hotel’s ability to ensure all guests were looked after and cared for. Location was fantastic- walking distance to the Metro stop and various landmarks of interest. Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City was less than 2km walking distance. The Temple of Heaven is 1km away from the hotel at the end of the street. The Residence Club on the 10th floor is highly recommended. Afternoon tea with a wonderful view of the city, followed by drinks and a light meal (freshly made dumplings were divine!) all in the comfort of the hotel. The Residence Club room package is the best value accommodation package, also offering a late check out. Room size was spacious and the facilities were more than comfortable. Don’t stay anywhere else!

There was nothing I could fault about the hotel, the staff or the services provided.

Booked king suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room to relax after a long day. Breakfast had variety. Evren, a staff member, in the Residents Club was attentive and an asset to the hotel. In walking distance to Chongwenmen subway station. Excellent food supermarket in shopping mall next door. Visit for the experience especially the oyster and fish section. The Roof Top Bar to relax and enjoy a sundowner was great.

Location lacked the vibe of Wangfujing area. Limited TV boutique.

The property went above and beyond for us, to make us comfortable. Our type of room wasn’t available so we were upgraded to a larger suite. On valentines day they gave myself and my wife a rose during dinner as well. We had an early checkout at 5.30am, and they had prepared breakfast for us to go as well. By far one of the most exceptional stays I have had, consistent, comfortable and prompt service. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

The nearest metro stop is about a 10 minute walk, though taxis and buses available out front.

Great location and good price. The staff really helpfull either not all staff speaks english very well. But the consierge on duty always helpfull with good english speaking. Makes our time during visit beijing much more easier.

They clean the room everyday. But they didnt did it properly, less than 5min finished cleaning

Hotel was well-located, walking distance from the Temple of Heaven. We got a deal for a Superior Room and the room was really big and comfortable.

Breakfast - we decided to pay for breakfast one day and the buffet was nice. I went up to a fridge to get a coke and a hotel manager came to me and said those were not included. I was surprised given it was a 5 star hotel and a pricey breakfast.
