I stayed here for a night during the lunar new year. It was my first time in Chengdu. Besides the location, which is a bit far from most of the tourist sites, the hotel is great. The room is large, the bed is large, and the bathroom is well equipped. The TV is also very big. Overall I felt the room was quite comfortable, yet the price was actually among the lowest I paid during my entire trip in China. Instead of walking to the hotel from Chengdu South Railway station, which is the closest metro station but takes about 10 minutes or more, I suggest taking a Didi, as the hotel is located near a highway so you can get to and from different places around the city pretty quickly. That's the only negative about the hotel in my opinion, is that nearby there isn't really anything available in terms of shopping or food.

It is nice clean and well located hotel. Staff are good, very smiling and helpful. Especially in dining a hostess name is Wen so humble and caring for my old father. We like to come back.

There is only one problem in the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof. In my room 515, I could hear a woman crying or moaning sound around 1 am. for about 1 hour. I couldn't sleep. I told the front desk in the morning, and they said the occupant were shifting. If some children are running around, you can hear the footsteps in the room roof.

I like the comfort of the hotel room. I like the staff (especially female staff) who understand my needs and attended to it promptly. I want to commend the cleaning auntie. She is always so attentive and cleaned the rooms well. She will always asked if we need anything for our room , whenever she sees us going out. Also the counter staff are very helpful with our queries.

I did not like the fact that there are smoking trays/bin provided on the NON SMOKING floor. It simply makes it convenient and encourages people to smoke at that floor. I am sensitive to second hand smoke and had asked for non smoking floor. Very disappointed that the managment still put smoking bins at the life of the non smoking floor. I have given feedback that it should be removed. If anyone want to smoke, they could have gone to stay at smoking floor or go down to ground floor to smoke. I also find that there is no map showing hotel and surrounding facilities eg nearest metro stations location. This is important for us to know as we rely on metro for our transport needs.

I had an amazing stay at Skytel Hotel in Chengdu. The service was outstanding, and they offered a diverse breakfast menu, both western style and Chengdu style. The room was comfortable, with smart light controls and a convenient mini bar. The bathroom had a nice, open design. Highly recommended for a great experience! The hotel's service is on par with luxury hotels, offering an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of attention and care provided by the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in delivering top-notch service that can easily compete with luxury establishments. Will def come back!

Nothing to complain.

The staff is super friendly, thank you for the service of miss Zhang and miss Wen. The room itself was cosy and clean. We were with a baby and it was nice being in a room with a little tent and a few toys for our baby. We stayed for 4 nights and there was a rotation in the options for the breakfast, the variety was nice. The hotel is located around 10 to 15 min from the city center, many cabs pass in front of the hotel so it's easy getting around. I feel very positive about the bang for my buck.

The lighting in the room isn't bright, and the light switches are a bit confusing.

The hotel was very clean and the room is spacious. The location was not the best but it was not difficult to find. The staff in the restaurant was very helpful, especially the manager in the restaurant was very welcoming and nice. The staff at the checking in desk could have a bit smile. but it was very professional. Overall it was a great stay.

The front desk staff could smile a bit more!

Nice enough hotel, nice lobby, big spacious room with nice desk for working. Everything worked fine (wifi, water / shower, etc.) A not-to-far walk to the wine fair events taking place in hotels nearby.

The direct neighborhood is very barren, hardly a store or restaurant around. The staff speaks no English - I had a really hard time ordering room service noodle dish, had to go down to front desk, and even then struggled to convey what I wanted.

I stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks, and was very impressed each time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English too which was great. They were willing to help us with anything that we needed. The hotel location is great and felt safe and welcoming even with a small family. It exceeded my expectations based on the price, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nothing negative

Facilities is very good. The room is big. Staffs are nice and helpful that I highly appreciated and be thankful. Breakfast is good with both western and asian style, nice for foreigners, and help save time if you have to leave in early morning. Hotel location near South Railway Sation that direct connect to Tianfu Airport, which is a plus for its convenience.

Excellent location. Connection with Subway Line 1, many Bus Lines and next to Chengdu South Station. Very good attention from all the receptionists. I would like to highlight the Breakfast Service from this hotel. Thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor Zhiqiong Zhang (张志琼）and the Restaurant Waitress Hongyan Wen (温红燕）for being so professional and kind to all the customers.
