I liked everything, from the way we was welcomed, through the whole stay, which was 11 nights and through which time we needed a lot of support and help and we receive it every time with big understanding from Timmy, Hotel Manager, who was always at our disposal and always willing to help and makes our stay away from home really very comfortable. Recommend on 100% the Hotel and we will for sure return back here in our next stay in Guangzhou! Special Thanks to Timmy!!! He is really great host, great and helpful person!!!

The first four days we stayed here were awesome! Extremely friendly staff! Then we asked for some ice for a drink to be delivered to our room ... what an inconvenience! If we could have bought it from outside the hotel we would have! It only takes one lady with attitude to ruin our whole experience! The Manager heard my complaint and organised ice to be delivered to our room between 5.30 and 6.00pm. At 6.00pm we went to reception to remind them ... finally got some ice at 6.15pm. Cannot believe such a little request would ruin our stay here when all the other staff are so lovely!

It was a great stay there, the hotel is very calm and easy to access, i was there for canton fair, the bus is available. the room also was clean and comfortable. All the staf are nice and reaady to help especially Timmy, always available and reactive. I will absolutely come back there for my next fairs or for vacation. Thank you

Very convenient subway, just 5min distance. Food street just opposite. 3 mall's just next to the food street. Superb location. Definitely will choose to have this place if I'm going to Canton Fair again. Air-conditioning is cool. Got balcony, quite, office place so the security is good.

Breakfast time is roughly 2 hours and has a limited selection, but it's manageable especially if you're accustomed to Chinese breakfasts.

Clean rooms, nice place, well organized and close to Canton Fair. Perfect for someone on business trip. Hotel staff is really friendly, trying to fullfil guests requests. Highly recommend this place!

Great location in the center of the city, cozy, and green surroundings. Amazing price for area.

Took awhile to check in, health code wasn't working properly. Wifi didn't work.
