Great location in the new Town close to restaurants and commercial malls

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved especially the floor. Everyday cleaning, but it was almost useless. WiFi very poor, almost imposible to use

The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

The location is close to 2 major metro stations, food, and shopping areas. The staffs (from doormen to receptionists) are very helpful, supportive, and service-minded which are unlikely in China. Additionally, the room with a wooden is quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, there is no second-hand smoke in the room at all which is uncommon for hotels in China. As you may know, most taxis in China are quite tricky (even you use their ride-hailing app). In our case, a taxi we got from the app tried to collect us an unfair additional charge for any unreasonable excuse but the hotel doorman helped us to solve the problem. Lastly, there is a free shuttle bus to Canton fair!!! Final tip: If you are a non-Chinese speaking traveling for business, we do recommend to stay here. The staffs will accommodate your needs and requests.

This is a minor thing. Breakfast is a bit boring and less variety. There are not many options for international / western food but everything tastes fine. The other things are awesome.

Although the staff spoke limited English, it was clear that they made a genuine effort to accommodate my requests promptly. When one of our rooms had a cigarette smell, they quickly moved us to another room within 5 minutes. The rooms were extremely clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining them throughout our 5-night stay. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok, really Chinese. I stayed for 8 nights so my first day of breakfast was ok, but later I didn't go because it was too Chinese.

It was all we needed while attending the Canton fair. Good breakfast selection including a good coffee with comfortable rooms. They even provided afternoon teas when returning from the fair. They also provided good transport to the fair. The staff also were very helpful.

Very good location, rooms are good maintained and with nice views. Breakfast has a lot of options but mostly “asian style”. It offers free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair.

The bathroom placement is strange, with no clear separation of the rest of the room.

Well maintained property in the heart of financial district. Walking distance to Mall of the world, metro station.

First room had musty smell although the staff readily agreed to change my room.
