Great location in the new Town close to restaurants and commercial malls

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved especially the floor. Everyday cleaning, but it was almost useless. WiFi very poor, almost imposible to use

The hotel is very clean, near the financial area, a park and also a very strategic location. The rooms are very comfortable, big, bright, everything works very well. I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

Hard to say, maybe a bit crowded during breakfast time.

Location was great. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was ok, really Chinese. I stayed for 8 nights so my first day of breakfast was ok, but later I didn't go because it was too Chinese.

Chinese breakfast. Staff at the countertop wouldn't speak English. Only one staff member and he wasn't always there.

It was all we needed while attending the Canton fair. Good breakfast selection including a good coffee with comfortable rooms. They even provided afternoon teas when returning from the fair. They also provided good transport to the fair. The staff also were very helpful.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very good location, rooms are good maintained and with nice views. Breakfast has a lot of options but mostly “asian style”. It offers free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair.

The bathroom placement is strange, with no clear separation of the rest of the room.

Location is excellent, rooms are very spacy and comfortable and breakfast is quite good. Overall a very good hotel for business travellers

The floors further from the reception floor had connectivity problems with the wi-fi at times

the rooms are ready for renovation. The rooms are quite noisy from the street - poor window soundproofing The receptionist doesn't speak English but they manage somehow :)

All the amenities, the technology and the location as it was a walk away from most attractions.

It’s very noisy as you can hear the traffic and loud honking from the street throughout midnight til the morning.

This hotel is better than expected. Transportation, friendliness, and room service were impressive. If you need help, see Manager Daniel. I want to visit again
