first for an international brand not 1 single front office staff spoke english this is terrible. they even laugh in your face. everytime they had to call kuwi who was a manager to do translation. even when he was off duty we got his wechat number to communicate with him and he would tell them what we needed. kiwu was amazing, the other staff need to learn english

on the last days the days the other business upstairs was breaking his wall. he started at 7am to 4 pm. once i tried to sleep in was terrible. he almost spoilt my stay. they need to learn english for check in.

Hotel was lovely. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was very nice.

Unfortunately our pre arranged shuttle pick up took well over an hour and we had to make several telephone calls which meant by the time we eventually got to the hotel the restaurant and room service had closed (was suppose to close at 11 but they closed at 10 as they were not busy apparently) which was very disappointing.

Spacious room, excellent facilities and wonderful customer service.

If I didn’t need to wait for the sauna to heat up for 20 minutes, it would have been perfect.

The staff especially the night staff need to be reasonably good in English speaking and understanding. The breakfast need to have more suitable for vegetarians options and understanding of vegetarians options for religious reasons as they have very limited options but don’t understand the suitable for vegetarians options meaning, Normally same serving spoons and main dishes are used for meat and vegetables dishes

- free shuffle bus to the airport (we used it when checking out) - close to the metro -15 mins away from the airport

- not many western options for breakfast - common spaces were clean but the room itself not so clean - most of the stuff didn’t speak english. Only 1 person at the reception spoke it. - we emailed the property twice before our arrival to arrange shuffle bus from the airport but they never replied back

This place is close to Baiyun Airport . The facility offers shuttle to and from airport free with 4 hours notice. Close to Metro station (5 minutes or so walking). Nearby, there is a shopping mall and a giant supermarket. You can get anything there. And if you miss any American food, there are McDonald, KFC and Pizza Hut. And you won't be disappointed with all those Chinese food places. The room we got was very comfortable. We extended our stay by four more days with this facility.

We didn't use the restaurant facilities. No comment for their food. But we did take a look at the items in the buffet, the selections seem limited. But it could be the time we were there.

Free Shuttle from Airport to the Hotel after international flight. Fantastic shower. Large room, with all facilities. Very comfortable bed. Great food. Coffee could do with some upgrades but hey it's china. Friendly staff and let you know what you need to and answer all questions very well. Overall a great hotel for a stopover/relax and have a fab shower and comfy bed to sleep in.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Free airport shuttle. Both steam and dry saunas.

Not a big deal but we were leaving early at 7am Sunday and they didn’t seem to have enough staff to help with guests bringing our luggage down to the lobby, the reception staff had to come up herself which was very good of her but I would thought there should be porter services even that early.

Very well equipped. Staff also friendly. Highly recommended.

The cleaners walked in my room twice with the do not disturb sign on and even when cleaning they do not clean well except fixing the bed. All they do is fix the bed and leave
