rusty water flowed from the tap at times

I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was exceptionally good, especially with the different varieties to choose from. The restaurant was very clean. And the fact that I could have a few takeaways for the day too. Chris was an excellent host. Helpful and friendly.

One small issue was the language barrier which at times made it difficult, especially when it came to inquiring about traveling in and around the hotel. Other than the language issue, I have no complaints.

Clean! Amazing breakfast! Employees are all super helpful , they helped out in so many ways from having cabs come quickly to the hotel and having Chinese yuan for currency exchange in a pinch, they even allowed me to store my luggage for the day after I had checked out which allowed me to go shopping without my bags and come back and then head to the airport!

I had paid for a room with a soaker tub and I was given a room with a stand up shower instead but they rectified this after I pointed it out.

The personnel were helpful and seemed to speak English better than nearby hotels where my colleagues was staying (I stayed for a few days for a business trip and it was my first time in China).

The air conditioning in my room was initially too strong (below 22°C), but maybe that's how local people like it to be.

The room and the bathroom are big and look very nice. Breakfast is diverse and very good. The staff is nice and helpful.

Constructions nearby, sometimes you can hear noises, but only if you wake up later. There is nothing to do in the night. There is no bar nearby. The streets are silent.

The premier room were nice and comfortable

The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed with lot of people especially during breakfast. The continental breakfast was always running short. Also the juices served were not fresh but from the cartons

Had a twin bedded room for sole use, comfortable bed, strong shower and decent WiFi. Capable staff who wanted to help and happily responded to questions. More suited for business rather than leisure, nice restaurants just across the road for evening meals. Took a taxi to Pudong airport for 340RMB, 45 minutes.

The hotel and rooms were great as expected with a Marriot. The staff we very good and nothing good be given but praise.

The reception area was very cold and no heating at all . The bar was completely in adequate as they were out of stock of drinks listed on the menu

The location, close to Hongqiao railway station, only a 20cny taxi ride away...very helpful staff. Restaurant was closed due to the serious covid outbreak so the hotel provided an excellent free breakfast box and coffee....Reception also arranged to have some of my luggage couriered back to Handan for me....
