1. The room is spacious, and a nice baby crib has been arranged for us. 2. The free shuttle service between hotel and airport, and between hotel and Disneyland is excellent.. 3. There is a huge variety of food offered in the hotel breakfast, and the food is yummy! 4. The Kids Land is wonderful for kids! Really appreciated!

1. No convenience store or grocery store nearby. Location is poor. 2. There are limited space for luggage storage for the shuttle service 3. Room is too hot (because of the heating), however, when you switch to A/C, it becomes too cold. 4. Wi-Fi is slow. 5. No bathtub. And the water-proof work for the bathroom glass door is poor, the floor becomes very wet after bathing each time.

The Shuttle to Disneyland was free and very convenient. We did not know how to find it or call for it on the way back. Good air conditioning. Good layout for the room. Dark curtains, comfortable beds. Lots of pressure and water and at a good temperature. Convenient vending machines for water and latenight snacks. The front desk had a connection for buying last minute entrance tickets to Disneyland. The hotel is only a mile or two from Disneyland. Some of the staff speak perfect English. Room smells nice. Very clean. The hotel refunded the breakfast purchase when we ended up not using the breakfast ticket.

We arrive late and there was only one small towel. In the morning we still only had that one small towel.

the hotel provide shuttle bus to Disneyland & airport, i don't need to headache on arranging transport. As foreign tourist can't using the apps to call Taxi in China unless with China mobile contact. The bell boy & shuttle bus driver very helpful, they always take care your need! Deeply appreciated their caring & helpful!

1) Hotel location slightly far from MRT/ train if you caring Big luggage and hardly to get Taxi. Hotel shall also provide shuttle from MRT > Hotel. 2) Hotel breakfast rate slightly higher, shall provide a good rate while booking room.

Breakfast buffet is excellent and also offers some local cuisines. Room service is great. The hotel also offers shuttle services to Disneyland, airports, and the nearest Metro station, which is great if you wish to go to Disneyland or sightseeing in downtown Shanghai. But do make sure to reserve for seats to avoid not being able to get on.

The Wifi service is extremely slow, which is even slower than my cellular network. Upgrading the Wifi should be considered.

Wish there was more operation time for shuttle bus or even car options from Disneyland as we wanted to leave before the set time and the taxi drivers complained about the short distance to the hotel for the queue that he had to line for in disneyland Room had a very small window. Room was satisfactory but nothing special.

1. the family room is really friendly for the kids 2. the room is clean and the staff there are patient and kindly to provide help and clarifiy questions 3. the shuttle bus to the Disney Land is really convenient 4. the price including the breakfast is cost effective 5. you can even order the food delivery via Meituan (analogous to the Uber Eats) with much more cost effective rates and way more options 6. the option of family room provides the cute toys and kid size tent, the kid liked it so such for fun

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disney, Lane 11, downtown, airport. One of the staff, Mr Joy Lu, is extremely helpful. He goes extra miles to ensure that our stay are comfortable and guide us to activate DiDi, and also Meituan. Excellent service by all the staffs in this hotel. The hotel also provides free washer and dryers. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel is far away from many locations. Need to use DiDi or free shuttle bus to travel out.

The rooms are super spacious, nicely finished and very comfortable. There is a free 24h laundry downstairs, restaurant, gift shop with drinks, shuttles to Disney, the station, the city and the airport.

Only downside is there’s not much else around if you’re not going to Disney, and not all the staff speak English but they have translator devices that mean you can do most of what you need to.

The breakfast buffet was really good, even my son who does not like breakfast, ate what he likes. The hotel was near to Shanghai Disneyland, thus there goes a bus from the hotel that goes to Disneyland free of charge. The staff were friendly.

The price they charged for the room was higher than it was in booking.com

Could not fault this hotel one bit. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms were massive. The staff was so kind and so accomadating to our needs. the location was excellent right next to disney with shuttles to and from disney & the airport.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I would deffently recommend it to anyone staying
