1. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from South Qilianshan Road station (Line 13). 2. There's a convenient store (Family Mart) within a 7-minute walk, as well as Japanese restaurants and a supermarket on the underground floor (盒马鲜生 - Freshhippo) where you can grab souvenirs and snacks. 3. The hotel offers a fresh and varied breakfast selection, making it a great way to start your day. 4. The room was equipped with plenty of plugs and adapters for charging, a spacious desk for work, and an iron and ironing board, making it ideal for a business trip.

1. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was occasionally unreliable. 2. The air conditioning didn't provide very cold air (I've been told this is typical in this area), but the hotel thoughtfully provides an electric fan for added comfort!

The hotel is quite good, having good-sized rooms, comfortable beds, and clean washrooms. Breakfast options were also good, though the options for a vegetarian person like me were very limited. The location is very convenient, a lot of restaurants, shops, malls, and Metro station are very near. They have a free bus service in the morning hours to take people to some business places and to another metro station for more options of trains.

The gym was just for the sake of it, just one treadmill, one cycle, and one multi. Such a big hotel should be having a proper Gym for weight training facilities. Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel so after breakfast, if something to eat is needed during the day, it has to be ordered from outside.

- Very good location. The subway station is easily achievable by foot. It takes about half an hour by metro to get to the historical center of Shanghai (Bund) and the Huangpu river bank. - Comfortable bed, spacy room. - Tasty breakfast. - Attentive and helpful staff.

Actually there was nothing serious that would worth a criticism. The only recommendation could be for breakfast to be more variable.

The staff is very kind and will answer all of your questions in Chinese or English. The building looks nice both inside and outside. The shops, cafe and metro station are all very close to the hotel.

The hotel location is not ideal, it was too far from the city centre and I had to commute every day, which ws not very convenient and took quite a lot of time.

Breakfast has variety, but can be improved. Location was near to the nearest station around 250m 👍🏻👍🏻 if travelling by metro with luggage, you don’t need to walk very far to reach hotel. All the necessities are provided 👍🏻👍🏻

The extra beds was quite thin. If you have a back pain, may not recommend to sleep on extra bed.

Clean and very good locality, walkable distance to subway metro station. Breakfast options are good. Even though we are vegetarian, we found quite many other items suitable and very healthy. Everyday cleaning of room and hygiene maintained. We always choose Holiday Inn for our business trips. Overall value for money.

The location was nice, right beside there's a metro station, coffee shop, bakery and McDonald's. Breakfast was fine but not excellent. Staff were also nice. Price is affordable.

The room was bit dark, lightening was poor, so it makes down. Also they didn't change the toiletries often. But wasn't that bad.

It was a reasonable room size with a good city view at a great price!

Although the proximity of the hotel to the metro is very good, overall it’s a little bit far from the city centre where most of the attractions lie. But it’s an excellent choice if you are on a commercial or business trip.

I love the friendly and helpful staff. They take the extra step to help me in many ways that I am not expecting.
