The Longemont Shanghai

The indoor pool of the hotel and the other spa facilities were very nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a big variety of Asian and western dishes.

The hotel is a little bit farther from the metro station than I expected. It is about 1 km /15 minutes walking distance. We did it every day without having any problems but it was more difficult in the rainy days.

The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Morning breakfast buffet was a wide variety and amazing! We stayed with our one year old, and they prepared a pack and play crib in our room and baby proofing for the sharp corners. Each morning our room was cleaned efficiently. Location is great, with a Starbucks, Familymart and Luckin Coffee all close by. Check in and out was fast and effortless.

Localisation is great and the view over the city was amazing from the 51st floor where was my room. Bed was very confortable

Very few people speaking English, even at reception. Hopefully I was also speaking a bit of Chinese, but it could be difficult for people who don’t

Nothing for free. All drinks and snacks at the room will be charged for a high price after your check out. 👎🏻 Shower gel is available but nothing to take a bath with. Bath salt will be charged extra.

We loved the buffet breakfast. A huge variety of Chinese and Western dishes and the chefs are so friendly. We also loved swimming everyday, and out toddler loved the pool.

The elevator noise in the room was a little loyd.. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to move rooms to a slightly more quiet one.

Very good business hotel. Modern interior in the quite spacious standard rooms. Big swimming pool. Good location to get to both airports and to bars and restaurants at the western end of the French concession.

Not much English spoken at the reception. Swift service though.

Outdated rooms and outdated furnitures! No charging possible near the bed. Power sockets don’t work well.

It was my first time on the 33rd floor of any building. Very impressive.

No breakfast included. The room next door was reconditioned, which was clearly audible at times.
