Great stay! The bed is so comfortable! The hotel is close to the metro, staff are nice and the lobby is nice to hangout in. Close to Korea street which has interesting shops and restaurants. They let us leave our luggage for the day after we checked out. Room was nice temperature even in January when it was cold. Would stay again, good value for money. Make sure to book the room with city view / has nice sunrise view !

The wifi worked maybe one time in 4 days. It was horrible. Thankfully we had an eSIM card but was inconvenient. Shower was very good but couldn’t get quite hot enough

Breakfast Buffet was included and it was good enough; it had a bit of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is pretty good but the hotel is a bit hidden behind a large shopping center. The rooms were very functional.

If possible you want to get a room with outward view. If you have the inner court view people are literally walking by your window and you end up closing the curtains 24/7. The rooms were relatively small.

My first stay at YaTi by ArtyZen Hongqiao Shanghai - Korean Street (December, 2023) was really nice and inviting — so nice and inviting that it brought me back for another stay, which was an equally good experience this time around. I think it has become my go-to place for short stays/visits in Shanghai.

The complementary breakfast the last time I was here was in the restaurant of the adjacent YaTi by ArtyZen Habitat, so the regular breakfast this time was underwhelming by comparison.

Beautiful and fun decor, clean, updated facilities. Nice friendly and efficient customer service. Located close to Koreatown. Fast wifi. A ton of common space to lounge, watch tv, play games, and they also have a bar/restaurant with good food.

Worst thing is that it is hard to find, and most taxi drivers don’t know where it is. Would be helpful to have bigger brighter signage that guides the way from the street. You also have to walk about five minutes to get off of the hotel grounds and onto the street so it’s inconvenient for coming and going.

This hotel is amazing: it is modern, stylish, comfortable, and super clean. The whole hotel has a unique, trendy style and it is the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in China. The room was also very quiet. I had a problem reaching the hotel when I arrived around midnight but one of the staff pick me up at the metro station and escorted me to the hotel. I also got an upgraded room with breakfast. The staff here is super friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast is excellent too.

The only downside of this hotel can be the location: it is a bit hidden behind a shopping mall and it was difficult to find and reach in the late night. But it's also close to the shopping mall (with a lot of shops and restaurants) so it is an advantage at the same time

To reach the hotel without a taxi it is a bit of a hassle, you need to pass through a shopping mall, where it is not well indicated that you need to take the stairs to floor 3 to be able to pass a railway on the back of the hotel. But with asking some help around and checking on Maps I could find it

For the price, it’s definitely a good deal, especially if you’re not looking for an extravagant buffet. If you’re in need of a simple, reasonably priced breakfast to kick off your morning, this is a great option!"

It would have been great to see some healthier options, like yogurt or a greater selection of whole-grain bread, for those who prefer lighter or more nutritious choices.

I found YaTi by Artyzen to be a convenient and cool place to stay in Shanghai. Inviting, tastefully designed common spaces. Clean and cozy rooms. Fantastic facilities, bistro, bar, and restaurant. I would recommend YaTi by Artyzen to like-minded travellers without reservation and I'll definitely be staying here again on future visits to Shanghai.

Everything was great. I don't have any complaints.

Hotel was clean and modern, rooms were the right size for a city break. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast and food was really nice. Close to the airport and train station for travelling in and out of the city. Great value for money!! Will be staying again when I am next in Shanghai for sure!

Dinner menu and bar could open later, however the hotel were accommodating and helped us order in food which was great. This was also delivered to the room by the hotel robot which was really fun!

You have to pay for the gym (but it’s not too expensive) The people who clean the rooms never smiled and I felt bad all the time I ask for something (toilet paper etc) The smell on the corridor out of the room
